Consistently good service, especially from management member Millie, with quick response times that fix their errors. They also don't oversell so that your server is using other people's resources and actually have physical data centers for the servers instead of using virtual machines. Overall, I highly suggest that you use this server because it's the rare example of a good server hoster in 2026.

The response from DedicatedMC support was quick and resolved my issue within minutes.

I’ve loved this service since I left my old host. I never found a decent provider until this one. They have amazing support and have never let me down, even when I’ve had serious issues, they always were there to help out. Very friendly and very on point with communication. Their plans are very affordable and for the quality you get I don’t think anything beats it. Ive used their service for around 4 years now and I will continue to be a loyal customer. Highly recommend!

Service and customer support? Fantastic, I've never had a single issue with my server they haven't been able to help me with. Once it was setup (which they helped us with too) my friends and kept using them for so long at this point, the servers are always running well and surprisingly their customer support is equally as good as their service, these guys have gone so far and beyond for any issue we've had, and they're so quick and helpful, patient and most importantly very transparent with their customers, that is genuinely so nice, you can already count on having a server running and with no issues, and if there are any? They will most definitely be there to help you, just great service overall. Of course if you know how to set-up a server yourself chances are you won't even need to contact the customer support at any point, because then again, once it's up and running just enjoy, quick and easy and overall absolutely reliable.

At first I experienced issues with the fraud queue (a system I deem unnecessary as it's not existent among any other provider I've ever used)

But after the fraud queue causing my server to take hours to setup upon contacting support they were able to fix it, and within a day even offered me very generous account credit covering several months of server hosting

All I hope they fix in the future is the queue which seems to cause people more trouble than worth

Best hosting I’ve ever used by far, they offer excellent prices for the high quality hardware it offers. They have gone above and beyond as well by allowing me extra SSD storage for free (up to 500gbs), so they definitely deserve a 5 star review. Better then Bisecthosting, better then pebblehost, it’s 100% the one to choose.

Best company hands down. Their support team is friendly, fast, and incredibly helpful—especially through Discord where you can easily open a ticket. They offer features that some competitors charge extra for, and they genuinely help with server issues without any hassle. I really love this company, and if you’re looking for a Minecraft server or any game server, this is the one to go with.

Just awful from start to finish. Endless problems. Put on the wrong server in the first place. Chased for a month and a half. Finally got moved, then there's connection problems, players constantly getting kicked. Terrible, awful, go elsewhere it's just not worth it

I used DedicatedMC for 4 years. It used to be amazing, but now there are numerous issues; many of the panel functions don't work, the new support staff is incompetent, I had billing issues due to a mistake on their end, I made multiple tickets about it, nobody knew what they were doing and they were very condescending.

Cancelled today and moved to another provider. Buyer be warned.

Has DedicatedMC had a past? Absolutely. But that in no way defines how they stand as a company today they’ve modernized their hardware and have completely turned this company around, I only see an even better future for DedicatedMC. My experience has been nothing but responsive support, amazing uptime. And incredibly understanding and trustworthy management. If you’re looking to take your server to the next level and start pushing those high player counts. This is the hosting choice for you.

The server management is harder than other server providers in my experience, but the dollar to performance ratio is definitely one of if not the best here, and support is always fast and concise. Overall great hosting!👍

From the day I paid until now I haven’t been able to play. They blocked my server and I have yet to be able to log on. Please fix this. Or give my money back. I’m extremely disappointed in this server

Sadly i am unable to recommend DedicatedMC after my experience with them

It started with the server not coming online after payment. After contacting support and waiting approximately 2 hours the reason was that it got stuck in their anti-scam system, which i can understand if it happens.

When the server came online i tried installing a modpack through their function which installs it straight from Curseforge.
After installing it for 4 hours i gave up and contacted the support again for further assistance.

This time it took a bit more than 6 hours until they replied to me that the specific function that they have on their portal does not work, which resulted in an install loop.

Already dissappointed i had to head to bed as it was 8pm when it got resolved.

And the final drop came when i woke up the next morning... They suspended the server as for some reason they didnt get their payment even though i had a receipt and everything of the payment getting through. Contacted DedicatedMC a third time to get things resolved. first it took more than 6 hours again until i got a reply with "Im looking into this now", 7 hours after that i asked how it is going, and it took a few hours to get yet another response to this.

I ended up choosing another supplier, which took 10 minutes until their server was up with the modpack.

There were a lot of issues
Although the support are great and were able to help resolve them, for me, someone who decided to try dedicatedmc for the first time, I’d rather stick to my previous host because of all the issues I had to face.

Good tech support and there were no problems with the server

Simple as that. It's a strong server for a good price. Support was quick to solve any problems and the interface is relatively easy to use.

The company has recently changed support staff and management. The control panel has been down for over 24 hours, and staff has no clue how to resolve the problem.

At this point it is likely that all server data will be lost, as the team is not properly communicating on how to restore current inaccessible data.

DO NOT purchase a minecraft server from this company. They used to be great, but aren't anymore.

Been with dedicatedMC for just under a year now and have yet to have an issue with them. I’ve never had issues with downtime or their support it’s by far the best in the space. They reply almost instantly with support and are always happen to help
