The support is very helpful & The quality of the Host is really good & It's really cheap!

I tried to downgrade my server’s RAM, and the host management wouldn’t allow it. That was already frustrating, but it got even worse when I tried to access and download my own server files so I could move them elsewhere—again, the host management wouldn’t allow it. I even reached out and asked them to provide the latest backup file, and I’m still waiting for any kind of helpful response. At this point, I’m seriously considering changing hosts because this experience has been terrible. The fact that I might have to completely remake around seven months of work in just one week because I can’t access my own files is honestly ridiculous. I would not recommend this host based on this experience.

Did a ton of research about hosts, ended up with pufferfish. Tried to buy a pack, got told I’m a fraud. Ofcourse that is not the case so i contacted them.
Even with a high priority ticket it took a while to get an answer. I contacted them through discord and I got straight up told ‘just admit you’re using VPN or using fake information’. They’re not even trying to help, all u get is accusations thrown at you. Ended up getting an answer on my ticket and all Kevin once again said was ‘ you’re a fraud’. Not giving any help of maybe trying to prove I am not, or any other options. I don’t recommend using this host purely because of the rudeness of the team, specifically Kevin.

Modpack installer not working out of the box and the clunky and outdated UI was useless. Help support unhelpful and gave me into trouble for contacting them on December 29th as they were all on holiday. If you're willing to take new orders during the holiday, you must be able to service them. Went to another host, wasn't treated as an inconvenience, and it was cheaper. Full refund requested, but told it was the holidays and nobody was able to do it until after the New Year. Avoid this company.

Kevin and the team at Pufferfish are honestly some of the most easy to talk to, and helpful people you could ask for. Nice, easy to use panel as well as nice support, should you need it. Server performance is nice. Dedicated IP included in the cost and Geyser set up out of the box is a very nice touch, one that no other company I've seen does, as well as the incredible DDoS protection provided. Definitely recommend this host. This will definitely be my go to host for all further projects requiring one.

Needs more storage

Solid host not going to lie, but after the payment goes through, the Discord tickets are silent for days and days, the live chat on the panel is also very very silent. If you need help, pray to get it.

Simply made, easy to navigate, easy to setup.

It's exactly what everybody looks for in a hosting provider. Simple UI, servers that run like butter.

Not only was it extremely easy to set up the server for someone who has not idea what they were doing when contacting the help function to talk to some they were super timely getting back to me and immediately were able to figure out what was wrong or what I was doing wrong.

It is amazing cheap and affordable i can finally host a server with my friends!

Server works great and support is nice. But its way too confusing to revert the server back to when it was like when bought sience i didint like the modpacks. (Never figured it out and am not using the server anymore lol)

I have had the worst experience in both downloading a mod and trying to run the server and getting billed for purchases that shouldnt have been billed to begin with. This starts off with trying to download atm10 and trying for days to even try get the server running however apparently because its a type of forge (neoforge) it gets really buggy so with that information i wanted to just put it all behind me and just play a different game so i just requested a refund however because of the rules i wasnt allowed to get a refund because of the 3 day policy WHICH HAD BEEN CHANGED TO 24 HOURS (other hosting servers offer 1 week at least) moreover because of the fact that not a single account was logged into that server due to the problems in downloading. This means i couldnt even get a refund on a server that i havent even played on and by the time it was fixed it had already been a week and me and my friends didnt even want to play atm10. Secondly i had received an email saying that the account had been suspended due to "the failure to pay balance" so with that infomation i obviously assumed that the payments had been canceled BUT of course it hadnt and payments was still being made to the account EVEN THOUGH THE ACCOUNT HADNT BEEN LOGGED INTO FOR THE PAST FEW MONTHS. This company, service and server had been one of the worst pain staking problems ive had to deal with. I would heavily not recommend this company if you want to play a modded server as problems will mostlikly occur as my experience with Pufferfish host was exactly as i described it as.

Works well no complaints zero issues fast service

I currently have a decent amount of VPSs with Pufferfish Host, and I must say, the performance and reliability is insane. Kevin is great, and responds almost instantly. I would 100% recommend trying out Pufferfish Host!
