Can never use again. They make it so hard and expensive to return that you might as well keep what you ordered despite they it doesn’t fit you. Takes very long and is made very complicated. If this continues I really hope the regular shops come back and kick the digital stores in the ding ding!

Hållbara kläder i klassiskt snitt. Älskar modellen workwear pant som jag har i flera material och färger. Hållarheten är flera år trots flitig användning.

Sustainable, and really cool looking clothes - whats not to love! Sadly both the quality and fit is really poor. On the bright side, customer service is great, I got a full refund.

No free refunds, you have to pay for your own shipping and there is no process to track the refund being returned either.

I have shopped at dedicated a few times and they always have such cool designs. It is hard to find clothes that can combine good quality, good design, that do less harm to the environment these days. Especially for a reasonable prize!

I always find something when I stop by their stores and the staff is always helpfull.

I would love to see more extended sizing in the future though!

I had a really good experience buying from dedicated. The person working at the store was really helpful and kind and I am really happy with my purchase.

Virkelig dårlig service. Det koster 100 kroner at returnere en t-shirt. Jeg har købt to t-shirts og returnerede den ene T-shirt for 1,5 uge siden og har endnu intet hørt, selvom jeg har skrevet til dem flere gange med dokumentation for, at t-shirten er returneret via Budbee, som de anvender.

Först och främst älskar jag kläderna. Snygga, sköna och bra kvalitet. Men det jag vill ge dem en eloge för är när det blivit fel. Jag köpte en bikini i butik och tydligen glömdes larmen kvar. I juletid och dagen innan jag skulle resa bort. Jag hörde av mig när jag kom hem och fick svar av en högre chef inom tio minuter, som bad så mycket om ursäkt och erbjöd mig en kompensation med en extra vara eller att jag skulle få bikinin gratis. Alla bemötte mig hur trevligt och hjälpsamt som helst. När det blivit fabrikationsfel på en vara fick jag också en ersättningsvara hur enkelt och snabbt som möjligt. Både på mail och i butik har de varit helt underbara att ha och göra med. Så skapar man lojala kunder – och ambassadörer.

Fantastiskt snabb leverans! Skjortan kom på ett par dagar. Jag hade beställt fel storlek och returnerade den gratis med medföljande retur sedel. Två dagar senare hade jag en ny skjorta i rätt storlek. Skjortan levererades i plastpåse gjord av återvunnen plast.

J’ai acheté un maillot et si la qualité n’est pas tout à fait au rendez-vous le modèle et l’imprimé sont jolis. Très bon service après vente. Le bas du maillot présentait un défaut et a été changé dans d’excellents délais.

I bought £197 of clothing. 3 items. The value of the goods was £217. I was then charged £95 by UPS.

If I refuse the package Dedicated would charge me £135 in fees. I haven’t even got the package yet but I’ve spent my morning trying to figure out why I the charge is so high when I’ve not experienced this ordering from other EU companies. As their goods (or those that I bought) were produced in India and not of EU origin there is a customs charge that I have not had to pay with other brands who produce their clothes in the EU (which tbf makes this a less attractive sustainable fashion brand already). With that there is VAT for orders over £135 which if you order 2 items you are likely to be over this threshold. Also beware that this is charged in the value not the cost so even though I had a discount code to use as a welcome gift, I’m still paying the charges on the full value.

It’s just not worth it. To order to the UK you would need to order 1 item at a time and that defies the whole point of trying to shop sustainably. I’ve never had this experience ordering from other EU brands. Very angry and disappointed. More clarity/information is needed on the website. Lesson learnt. Will not order from this store again.

Wonderful store with great customer service. I own probably 15 articles of clothing from this brand at this point and only once was the quality not what I expected (hemp pants started falling apart pretty quickly). I'm genuinely confused as to why they have such a low rating here.

Ich habe aus Deutschland bestellt und die Lieferung kam schnell an, leider fehlten zwei paar Socken. Ich habe den Kundenservice kontaktiert. Durch manche Bewertungen hier hatte ich etwas Sorge.
Die Sorge konnte nicht bestätigt werden. Ich habe beide Socken kostenfrei nachgeschickt bekommen, hätte aber auch eine Erstattung wählen können. Der Kontakt war ebenfalls freundlich.
Zum Qualität und Passform:
Da Shirt ist Super schön und gut verarbeitet. Der Schnitt ist relativ weit. Beim nächsten Mal würde ich eine Nummer kleiner bestellen. Beim ersten Tragen wurde ich schon positiv darauf angesprochen.
Die Socken gehen von 41-45. Meine Füße sind 44,5, somit ist es sehr eng beim Anziehen. Trotzdem sitzen sie gut und sehen prima aus.
Vielen Dank, bei Bedarf bestelle ich gerne wieder.

I originally ordered some women's t-shirts from Dedicated a few years ago and I loved the quality and sizing. Medium fit me perfectly and the shirts have lasted me for years without discoloring or fading.

I recently ordered more and suddenly medium size is much smaller and the fabric doesn't feel at all the same. Suddenly it's much thinner and feels lower quality. I don't know what happened, maybe they sold to another company, but I would no longer recommend this company.
