Deconovo UK Anmeldelser

The mattress is very soft and not very comfortable for a lot of money we paid for. Really not happy with it and also not happy with the way they dealing with it and trying to get it sorted but looks like going to put it down to bad experience. So be worn of some of the reviews you read and don’t buy a mattress online.

The table cloth is a poor quality and not what I expected

Great service and correspondence too, really happy with Deconovo, highly recommend and I will definitely be purchasing from them again.

The curtain is much shorter than advertised so doesn’t come to the floor like I wanted. Thermal lining isn’t brilliant

Beautiful curtains. Amazing colour excactly what I wanted good value for money

Appalling service. Order cancelled by them without explanation: and a simple email asking why just ignored (surprise).

Quick delivery of a lovely item, curtains are beautiful

Good quality and really suitable for night. The only downside was the pleats, not uniform. I am satisfied with the product.

The curtains I got are lovely just need a bit of steaming the creases out but they look good in my bedroom

Excellent service. Quality product.

Super curtains only need to iron.good quality and fast delivery. Thanks 😊

These tablecloths are really worth the money would definitely recommend them and the company

Good quality, fast delivery

Excellent quality, so soft, good value for money and speedy delivery, highly recommend

Very nice curtains happy with them like material

The curtain isn't wide enough although I measured it. Reason is the hoops cause the fabric to sit in waves which has not been taken into account in the measurements given online, ie it doesn't stretch the 82" advertised

Really pleased with product and was kept informed about its delivery from start to finish which was so helpful. Will definately use this company again

Having recently redecorated our lounge, we also bought new curtains from you. I stupidly tried, in vain, to remember the sizing of the curtains we bought previous from elsewhere. I completely got both sets of new curtains wrong, so then had to send them back.
All of the sending of the curtains back is done online and I'm not very good with technology. But Deconova were absolutely brilliant in helping me through it, and I might add, very patient with me.
I managed to email back and take a photo of returned curtain receipts for a refund and send them by email. They always got back to me promptly.
I now have the proper measurements of the 2nd lot of curtains which have arrived and are up and hanging beautifully. I just have to buy a curtain steamer to get the creases out. Ironing is not an option as I hate ironing!!
SO, Deconovo, thankyou.
I will definitely be using you again.

Fabulous curtains. Ironed well, look great. I got navy and silver foil. Nothing negative to say. Quick delivery. Really pleased with the price, cant understand the negative reviews at all.
