I bought a case for my iPhone 17 Pro…
I bought a case for my iPhone 17 Pro about 8 months ago. Initially, it looked and felt amazing, but the quality quickly deteriorated. After just 2 months, the metal finish around the camera ring started wearing off. By month 6, the leather began peeling, and the thin piece of leather near the charging port snapped completely.
I contacted customer service when the metal started fading at 2 months, but they refused to replace it and only offered a 10% discount. Extremely disappointing quality and support for a premium-priced case—I won't be buying from them again.

As expected good quality iPhone 17 leather case
On base of good experience with iPhone 12 leather case with magnetic holder of iPhone protector to the leather case, I ordered one for my wife’s new iPhone 17. Got delivered as indicated and works as we had experienced before with the iPhone 12 case.
iPhone 12 leather case is still in use as we have given away phone + case to my father.

Top notch products!
Recently upgrade the iPhone to a newer model and opted for a Decoded black leather case. Which is very sleek, smooth, and sexy! Never heard of their products or the company till now, but seems like a good choice. And to create a full package few days ago purchased a metalic magsafe cardholder, super sleek as well. Cheers!

Why am I receiving almost a $200 bill from FEDEX?! This is regarding my purchase from your company? This needs to be addressed immediately. I thought this was a scam attempt until I received 3 of the same letters in my mailbox and the last one listed the shipment indeed came from DECODED. Please respond immediately

Snel ernstige slijtage.
Ik dat dat het wellich aan mij lag dat het hoesje snel een klein scheurtje had, maar lees hier meer gelijksoortige klachten. Nu nog geen twee jaar in gebruik om een I-phone 15 ziet het er niet meer uit. Materiaal scheurt en rafelt.
Voor een hoesje van net geen 70 euro verwacht je toch iets meer.
Hoge prijs voor een Nederlands kwaliteit product is geen probleem, maar dan moet het wel kwaliteit zijn. Helaas, eerste en laatste Decoded product voor mij.

Zeer slechte kwaliteit telefoonhoesje…
Zeer slechte kwaliteit telefoonhoesje en apple watch bandje. Nu een half jaar in gebruik, maar de eerste gebreken ontstonden al na een aantal weken. Totaal niet duurzaam. Bij contact met de klantenservice zeggen ze simpelweg dat dit niet onder de garantie valt, terwijl ik de producten niet bovenmatig heb gebruikt (ik doe het bandje bijvoorbeeld nooit om in water). Slechte producten en slechte service.

Bad quality! Purchased leather case and within a six months this case was falling apart. Leather was coming off and hard surfaces had paint faded.

U.S. Customers Beware
I dont recommend buying if you live in U.S. Nice products, but a disappointing experience. After placing a $140.40 order, I received an unexpected FedEx $81.50 customs invoice 6 months after delivery.
While DECODED states that import duties may apply, the website does not disclose that the products are of Chinese origin and may be subject to significantly higher U.S. tariffs. Since the order shipped from the Netherlands, I had no reason to expect additional charges equal to nearly 60% of my purchase price.
Customer service acknowledged my feedback but declined to offer any assistance. U.S. customers should be aware that the final cost may be substantially higher than the price shown at checkout.

Qualität leider katastophal
Das Produkt an sich ist interessant und auch in Europa hergestellt. Es hat auf jeden Fall auch ein interessantes Design und diese angebliche antibakterielle Eigenschaft der Hülle scheint auch irgendwo vorhanden zu sein.
Der Kundenservice ist auch gut.
Das größte und wichtigste Problem ist die Qualität der Hülle. Es hält nichts aus. Es ist überhaupt nicht flexibel und dadurch fängt es an nach ein paar Monaten an zu zerbröckeln bis es schließlich auseinanderfällt.
Die Garantie greift in dem Fall nicht automatisch.
Diese Tatsache macht somit den hohen Preis schwierig zu gerechtfertigen. Man ist besser dran mit einer Hülle von dem chinesischen Laden für 5 Euro. Wird schneller schmutzig, aber hält länger.

I tested many cases from different companies but cases from Decoded are the best. It worth its money. I have already 4 of these cases in different colors

I ordered a gift for my son that he picked . I was hesitant because I had never used this company before . I will tell you that my order arrived quickly and the quality was on point, will definitely order from them in the future !

duty and tax not disclosed
Ordered a case, overpriced, didn't last two weeks. Three months later, I got a random $70 FedEx duty charge on my BUSINESS credit card that wasn't even used for the purchase. The same day I'm trying to figure out why I had a FedEx charge, a FedEx letter comes in the mail saying Decoded and how much I owed FedEx, I ended up paying over $120 for a terrible quality case and NO knowledge that I would be responsible for $70 in duty and taxes. Terrible and illegal business practices.

Sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung.
Ich habe ein MagSafe Wallet zurückgeschickt, weil es aus meiner Sicht nicht ordnungsgemäß funktioniert hat. Die Magnetkraft war deutlich zu schwach, das Wallet hielt nicht zuverlässig am iPhone und auch die beworbene Standfunktion funktionierte nicht stabil.
Trotzdem musste ich die Rücksendekosten in Höhe von 20,49 € selbst tragen. Der Kaufpreis wurde zwar erstattet, die Versandkosten jedoch nicht.
Die Rücksendebedingungen wirken auf mich zudem sehr kundenunfreundlich: Die Rücksendung muss auf eigene Kosten und mit Sendungsverfolgung in die Niederlande erfolgen. Dadurch waren die Versandkosten fast so hoch wie der Produktpreis selbst.
Besonders enttäuschend ist der Kundenservice: Nach einem längeren E-Mail-Verkehr wurde meine letzte Rückmeldung einfach nicht mehr beantwortet.
Für ein mangelhaft funktionierendes Produkt finde ich diese Abwicklung absolut nicht akzeptabel. Ich kann DECODED nach dieser Erfahrung leider nicht weiterempfehlen.
