Hülle passt perfekt
Sehr schnelle Lieferung, die Farbe wie abgebildet und das Tollste, die Hülle fürs iPhone passt perfekt.
Die Haptik fürs Leder könnte etwas weicher sein, aber es reicht nicht für einen Punktabzug! :)

Well, what can I say?
I have never received my package as it seems to be lost, but the customer support was really nice and quite fast (~40 mind response time, even if the website says 1-2 days).
Over all quite nice experience besides the fact I‘ve never gotten my case. Not to blame Decoded, as it‘s not their fault DHL is incompetent

Environmentally Unfriendly
Poor quality and environmentally unfriendly practices.
Terrible quality cases. After only a few months, the PU ‘leather’ was very damaged from standard use; it scuffs very easily and I have flaps of fake leather hanging off even from catching it with a fingernail. Then the metal ring around the camera lenses detached half way.
I purchased a case from here as they seemed to be very high quality and would last a long time, and of course because of the warranty.
The policy for their warranty, if you want a refund or replacement, is that you have to cut the case in half, take a photo and dispose of it. They give a spiel about how this is ‘the most environmentally friendly practice’ as it prevents having to ship the case back to them (they would of course dispose of it there anyway).
I questioned this as I wanted a refund under warranty, but wanted to continue using the case until it was unusable, to be as sustainable as possible. Repeatedly, I was told to destroy the case myself or I would receive no refund. I asked, very simply and clearly, if they could justify it.
They just repeat the same policy over and over. It makes no sense whatsoever. I’ll never be buying from here again, yet another usable item going to landfill despite my best effort to prevent that.

Miserabler, uneinsichtiger Kundenservice
Ich bin extrem enttäuscht vom Kundenservice von Decoded.
Ich habe eine Lederhülle für mein iPhone 17 Pro Max für etwa 50 € gekauft, weil Decoded sich als Premium-Marke mit hochwertigem Design und Materialqualität positioniert. Leider zeigte die Hülle bereits nach wenigen Monaten deutliche Kratzer im Bereich des Kamerarands.
Das Problem: Genau dieser Bereich liegt auf, wenn man das Handy auf einen Tisch legt. Das bedeutet praktisch, dass die Hülle schon durch ganz normalen Gebrauch stark zerkratzt. Ich gehe sorgfältig mit meinem Smartphone um, trotzdem sieht die Hülle inzwischen stark abgenutzt aus – und das nach kurzer Zeit.
Ich habe den Support kontaktiert und Fotos geschickt. Die Antwort war, dass es sich um „normalen Verschleiß“ handelt und daher nicht unter die Garantie fällt. Eine weitere Prüfung oder irgendeine kulante Lösung wurde abgelehnt.
Für eine Hülle in dieser Preisklasse und von einer Marke, die mit Premium-Design wirbt, finde ich das sehr enttäuschend. Wenn eine Hülle so empfindlich ist, dass man sein Handy kaum normal auf eine Tischoberfläche legen kann, ohne dass sie zerkratzt, dann stimmt etwas mit Material oder Design nicht.
Noch enttäuschender als das Produkt selbst ist allerdings der Kundenservice: keinerlei Entgegenkommen, keine Kulanz, keine echte Auseinandersetzung mit dem Problem.
Ich werde künftig definitiv keine Produkte mehr von Decoded kaufen und kann den Kundenservice leider nicht empfehlen.

The product is almost excellent, but has 1 srs flaw.
The product is almost okay, but when the phone is docked, the card pockets have a couple cards each in them (it’s new, they haven’t relaxed yet, so the wallet is fairly tight) the hinge depresses the Volume Down button. Which is less than ideal.
However, the quality of the protective case for the phones is excellent. The buttons fit over the phone buttons and have an excellent feel. It’s just that the hinge needs to be either cut back to clear the button when the wallet is tight or the spine of the hinge can be widened to allow a thicker wallet.

Mangelhafte Ware, keine Abhilfe angeboten
Die Ware wurde als hochwertig beworben, leider sieht die Realität anders aus. Die Ware ist minderwertig und nicht passgenau.
Der Kundenservice wollte oder konnte auch nicht helfen. Es wurde keine Nachlieferung von einwandfreier Ware und auch kein Nachlass angeboten. Nur die Rücksendung. Nachfragen zur Normqualität wurden nicht mehr beantwortet. Der Verkäufer scheint also von der eigenen Ware nicht überzeugt zu sein. Sehr schade.
