My daughter ordered some items on 02.12.23 and status has been confirmed and not yet shipped for over 2 weeks. Even sent an email and got the standard robot reply (Case #01935624) on the 13.12.23 stating a human will be in contact with me. Nothing, and still no change in status - poor.

Ordered. It was marked as delivered but never actually received. I emailed them but still waiting for a response. Tried calling the customer service line daily but it says closed for the holiday. Seriously what are you closed during all of the December. Now seeing all these reviews I'm starting to think it's a scam.

They sent my order. Never recieved it. Emailed asking for help. No response. I just want my money back. This company has stolen from me. Customer service doesn't respond. Really poor. Didn't use to be like this.

Since the 15th of November, I've been waiting for my order. Once it got lost by the UPS as it went to a different city in the UK, Deciem went silent. I raised my support case two weeks ago, and there was no response. So I post here, too, how disappointed I am with you. The address label was incorrect and went to the North (based on the UPS tracking update). Why are you silent? If this was a significant failure, send something to all your clients. Why does it take you so long to reply to me if not?

First order and the worst experience. Never ordered from this company before and took advantage of a November sale. Tried a few 'The Ordinary' products from a Sephora store and decided to take advantage of the online Deciem specials. NEVER AGAIN. Fulfillment took forever and I never received an email order confirmation or even a shipping one. Finally got hold of a customer service agent and she emailed what looked like tracking for DHL and USPS package and it never came and was probably lost. After sending several emails - including a response from the Post office and 3 days later, got a response from customer service which proved that they didn't bother to read the response on the email from USPS. Even right now after logging into their website, the same order# says "NOT SHIPPED". What does this mean? I don't even trust if they really sent anything or if something was really sent or was even the correct items. I ended up buying the same items a few days ago from a local Sephora to save the headache of waiting on their customer service. Please refund my money, this isn't right!

Me and my friend placed two separate The Ordinary products orders 7 working days ago.The web states orders should be fulfilled up to 3 working days within UK but its been 7 working days and no change. I did contact Deciem on the web but no contact back. I did call on given UK number +448003688088 but got automated response : we are closed for holidays ! That is on 7th December 2023 around 3PM UK time... Such a disappointment of their customer service and delivery as I really need it very soon for presents. I regret I bought it directly from Deciem as if would buy it from UK based third party order would be delivered within 3 days. Do not buy directly from Deciem as this is not the way to deal with customers in year 2023!

Commande 17533961 récupéré ce jeudi 07 décembre 2023 dans un restaurant au lieu de la livraison à domicile et absence du produit offert avec ma commande. Pour moi, c'est tout bonnement de la publicité mensongère.
Le produit Multi peptides eye sérum 15 ml qui devait être offert ne se trouve pas dans mon colis mais le nom du produit figure bien sur la feuille des produits commandés, avec le code produit 7699152332165 et il me manque le produit acheté hyaluronique acide et b5
Alors j'espère que c'est un oubli de leur part et qu'après examen de ma réclamation qu'ils me feront parvenir le produit.
Édit ce vendredi 22 décembre 2023 : Toujours pas de réponse ni remboursement mis à part les messages automatiques suite à ma réclamation (disant que ma demande sera traitée).
Edit ce mardi 09 janvier 2024 : aucun remboursement ni renvoi du produit acheté ( et le produit offert), bref ma réclamation n'a pas encore été traitée.
Édit ce lundi 12 février 2024 après relance auprès du service client je n'ai eu aucun retour, ni remboursement ni envoi du produit payé. Honteux! J'ai fait achat sur le site Deciem, ce sera la deuxième et dernière fois pour moi.
Reédit final : Après un énième mail envoyé le 23 février 2024 demandant simplement le remboursement du produit que j'avais payé (sérum acide hyaluronique +b), j'ai enfin reçu une réponse le 05 mars 2024 d'une certaine Phoebe mail (en anglais) auquel j'ai répondu que je souhaitais simplement un remboursement. Nous sommes le 12 mars 2024 et j'ai enfin été remboursée du produit acheté.

They canceled my order, after more than a week. And I could order from different shops and use Black Friday discounts. They did not provide any recompensation.
Avoid this scam!

I can't imagine life without Deciem products anymore, they are that good. I've been a fan for years and I'll never stop recommending them. The Deciem website is amazing and I've never had any issues, my 1 star review is ONLY due to the fact that no matter how good the Ordinary is, nothing will ever compare to Hylamide and the Chemistry Brand. I know there are many people who miss the products, I still have my little stash but I'm legit terrified of the day I'll run out. The Ordinary is great but for those of us who want a little more oomph and slightly better active ingredients but can't splurge on all Niod products, these two were a godsend. Also, even for those who can afford the entire Niod line, most discontinued products don't have an equivalent. Please, please, please either bring them back or repackage/rebrand them, those were amazing formulations! Heck I'd even pay double/triple for them, just please bring Hylamide & the Chemistry Brand back! PS: I know the brands were discontinued because sales were low, but have you considered that perhaps that was because they had 0 marketing?

am 26 Oktober bestellt. Angeblich hat UPS das Paket zugestellt, was NICHT der Fall war. Seither kontaktiere ich JEDE WOCHE das kundenservice und ich habe nur ein einziges mal telefonisch jemanden erreicht, obwohl ich immer während office hours anrufe. Auf meine Email Anfrage kommen immer die gleiche autotexte.

Ihr habt seit 4 Wochen mein Geld und ich die Ware nicht!

Eure Produkte sind echt spitze, aber das kundenservice ist mieserabel

Besteld via de website, maar wilde dit ruilen voor een ander product. Op de website staat dat je online bestellingen in-store kan ruilen, maar de medewerkster bij Deciem Amsterdam was onbehulpzaam en gaf aan dit niet te kunnen regelen. Ik moest het online maar uitzoeken. Zeer slechte service!

This was my first order from this company and it will also be my last. Their website says the order will be dispatched within 3 days. After the three days was up, I got a message saying dispatch was delayed. I tried sending them a message through the website and messaging them on social media, but no response from either channel. My only recourse would be dialling an overseas number to get help. Finally I got a shipping notification 10 days after my order was placed. They ship through UPS, which doesn't work well in the Netherlands. My package was dropped off at a facility I can't reach during their business hours. Overall, just a poor experience with this company and I won't order from them again.

Deciem is overall a genuine company selling mainly good cosmetics. But i used their multi peptide hair serum which caused severe hair loss. This product has not been tested prior to release and should be banned as they are using the public for testing. There are many reviews on their site stating the product caused hair loss which for some reason i did not see previously when i ordered in February. I have been unable to leave a review on their site from any device or browser. Customers are not interested in a refund, we want our hair back. Deciem should face disciplinary action. They replied stating 'happy to refund you for this product as a gesture of goodwill and not to be taken as an admission by DECIEM'.

I have absolutely no idea why The Ordinary received only 2 1/2 stars rating. I have been purchasing from them for over 5 years and have had nothing but the best service; fast delivery, premium products for a very fair price and optimal results.

I have been meaning to leave a comment for ages but am only now getting around to it. Their Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% in conjunction with Amino Acids + B5 not only is phenomenal for those using Tretinoin in their regime but, believe it or not, for callouses on feet.

I think that I must have wiped the remaining residue of the Niacinamide and then the Amino Acids on my feet after applying to my face, neck and arms, without realising it. It took me a while to catch on that the reason my feet were so smooth and callous-free was because of this habit. I also use a little Gold Bond extra strength afterward but not much.

Also, I stopped using the mechanical callous removers. They make callouses tougher and harder to get rid of because they seem to build up a scar tissue. I now use the hand held pumice when needed but I only have to do it now and then.

It's actually quit shocking how well these serums work for feet when they are advertised for the face and neck area.

The one troubling issue about The Ordinary is that they have discontinued their foundations. I am very disappointed about this as the coverage is perfect; not cakey and long lasting.

Terrible Delivery & Service. The products themselves are fine (not the best but for the price they're actually pretty good). But I've never not had an issue with order confirmation and delivery after ordering. I've had to chase each time to even get a confirmation, something is seriously wrong with their operations department.

During the various pandemic lockdowns I became interested in self care. I came across the Ordinary skin and hair care products based on a recommendation from a friend. Three years later, I am a huge fan and advocate of the Ordinary skincare products. My skin is dramatically improved and I regularly get compliments from people. It’s easy to follow the routine and it’s very affordable.

Tristemente todo el mes Julio y ahora agosto no pude realizar ni una compra puesto que me declinan todos los intentos de pedidos.
