No response to damaged product
3 weeks ago I submitted a Customer Service request because my product arrived with a split in the bottom of the package. THREE WEEKS AGO. There is a problem with any company that takes more than three weeks to reply to a service request submitted through their "Missing or Damaged" product funnel. Of course the bot sent me a few "we're working on it" auto messages. The joke - they were from the "happiness team". Talk about Marketing spin.

Paid and received nothing like many others here. Is it a fake version of a real company? If so why doesn’t the real Deciem do something? Have bought from their shop and it’s great. This though feels like a scam.

SCAM srmming old 1/2 used product
Ordered a product over their Black Friday sale. I opened it in Feb to use it. It was 1/2 empty and discolored. After reading other reviews on their site it turns out I am not the only one. I reached out to their customer service about 2 months ago. About a month in I received an email that they were working on my case, but have not heard anything since. This company is a scam selling old product that is 1/2 used. They did this to a lot of people who ordeed their NIOD FECC eye serum product. Bad customer service and scaming customers, they should notbe in business.
Pésima atención
Los productos son buenísimos, pero la atención al cliente es nefasta… hice un pedido en noviembre, supuestamente se envió y la empresa de mensajería lo perdió. Intenté contactar en varias ocasiones durante 3 meses… no me dieron contestación hasta marzo del año siguiente (en total van 6 meses ya, y el pedido sin llegar a destino). Solicité una devolución del dinero una vez logré contactar con ellos (se pusieron en contacto 5 meses después del la realización del pedido, 3 meses después de la primera solicitud de reembolso que realicé), pero el reembolso tampoco llega… intento contactar con ellos y ya han cerrado el caso, por lo que tengo que iniciar una nueva reclamación. Me parece increíble la pésima atención al cliente y que sea tan difícil solucionar un problema con ellos.. pensaba que el problema estaba solucionado y veo que no hay forma.
Merece la pena comprar los productos a través de cualquier otra página, ya que the Deciem no da el soporte adecuado…

Ich werde in den kommenden Wochen meine Rechtsschutzversicherung kontaktieren und mir da weiterhelfen lassen.
Schon traurig, wie schlecht ein Kundenservice sein kann! Finger weg!

Uso i prodotti Deciem da 3 anni, la pelle del mio viso è tornata indietro di circa 10 anni! non serve aggiungere altro!!!! chi mette recensione negativa è sicuramente un concorrente oppure un cliente stolto che crede che pagando un prodotto 10 volte di più sia di qualità migliore.... SVEGLIAAAAAA 😅
NO PRODUCT, NO REFUND, NO REPLY
Like many others (I wish I had read the reviews!), my order was returned to sender and my money was never refunded - it's been almost 3 months now. I've contacted them multiple times and keep receiving the message "we are working on it", when they are actually not.
EDIT 04/04/2024: I found a phone number and the person on the phone (+44) was very helpful. Refund was issued a bit after. I wish they could have acted that fast via email as well. Not sure if I'll buy again, because before it has always worked well. Review changed from one to three stars because I got the refund at the end.

I made an order on November 20th, 2023. Order number : 17186874
My package was returned to the Deciem warehouse due to customs issues in my country, and they received it on 07/02/2024. However, several weeks have passed, and I still haven't received my refund. There has been no customer service whatsoever. Every time I email them, I receive the same response: "We are experiencing a high volume of requests and will get back to you soon." However, no one seems to be responding, and it feels like they are avoiding refunding my money. I have raised 7 tickets to Deciem customer support without any reply. It has now been 4 full months since my order, which was around $129.40 USD. I never received the order, I never received my refund, and I have not received a reply from customer service.👎

Pour ma 18ème commande (No 17509474) sur Deciem (produits Niod) qui date du 29 novembre 2023, je suis extrêmement déçue de ce site. Ma commande n’est toujours pas honorée à ce jour et aucun remboursement effectué, malgré de nombreuses réclamations sans aucune réponse. C’est scandaleux !

Comme tous les derniers avis ces derniers temps ; je n'ai pas reçu ma commande effectuée en novembre dernier.
Aucun remboursement automatique ; alors que la FAQ du site stipule le contraire en cas de renvoie chez le marchand.
Service client inexistant ; personne pour traiter la plainte et la demande de remboursement.
J'aimais bien la marque ; mais ça me dissuade de recommander des produits. Dans le pire des cas, je passerai par un revendeur bien plus sérieux que le site marchand lui-même. C'est bête.
Edit (15/03/24) : un conseiller a répondu a mon message envoyé il y a plusieurs mois au service client. Je vais être remboursé. Enfin.

Have used the ordinary on two occasions. Have personal had no concerns! My orders have always arrived a few days after ordering.I find the quality of the product good .

Worse costumer service. I ordered from their website and never received the order. I created 2 claims and only received automatic replies saying ‘we are still working on it’. Don’t not buy from them!!!! It is disrespectful!
No customer service whatsoever
All is good as long as you receive your product.
The delivery company (UPS) made several mistakes and returned the product to The Ordinary / DECIEM.
Since December, the only messages I've received from The Ordinary / DECIEM are : "We’re still working in it!" (yes, not "on it") and the automatic emails mentioned the "latest COVID-19 updates" ... in 2024.
I don't think they have any employees working at their customer services.
I had to log 2 other case # since it's impossible to do any follow-up on an open case.
Here are my case # : 01942363, 01953600, 01955767.
So far, The Ordinary / DECIEM have my products and my money...
I ordered on the 27/11/2023 and we're the 06/02/2023. 71 days and waiting...
