Bij ons is het toilet gerenoveerd door Decas. Decas werd ons door vrienden aanbevolen. Doordat ze in dezelfde periode in Lelystad waren paste ons project mooi in de planning.
In eerste instantie waren wij niet tevreden over de afwerking van het toilet. Dit hebben wij kenbaar gemaakt en er is geen discussie over geweest. De punten zijn direct de volgende dag opgelost waardoor alles naar tevredenheid is opgeleverd. De laagdrempelige manier van communiceren is hierbij erg prettig.

We just bought our first house ever in the Netherlands. The house has great bones but it needed a full renovation of the downstairs toilet and the family bathroom. On top of that, we needed to add a second toilet in the family bathroom. Before contacting Decas, we had contacted other contractors but the level of service they were providing was far from what we needed. So, I searched for a new contractor and Instagram presented me with Decas. I've sent a message and from that moment onwards our dream bathroom was born.
Very professional and friendly, always available for any questions, very transparent on what they can provide based on your budget. The timeline was something that we couldn't ever expect to meet our needs. We got the keys on the 28th of April and on the 29th the team started the work (we contacted them less than 2 months before the start date - the stakes are high, now!). We moved in by the end of May. The timeline Lucas gave us was met. There were some minor challenges but, to be honest, I was never worried and Lucas and his team dealt with everything without ever putting any pressure on us.

I cannot recommend them enough and I'm sure we will work together in the near future.

Also very important to mention that Decas Interior, not only does the construction/renovation, but also the design. We went with complete package (design and construction).Débora's mood board based on our inspirations was just perfect. Zero stress for us, as customers . All we did was to share our inspirations and design ideas, choosing materials with the team and a month later the renovation was done!

I had more than one experience with Decas and overall always a good job done with excellent communication and price. The availability and timing are always impeccable. I did a full bathroom renovation and AC installation, both done without any problems.

I had an excellent experience with Decas Renovation. They carried out a complete renovation of my ceilings and walls (plastering and painting), repositioned electrical switches, installed pocket doors, and fitted a new toilet. The quality of the work was outstanding, with great attention to detail and a professional finish throughout.

Ik heb Decas ingeschakeld voor de volledige renovatie van mijn appartement in Amsterdam en het resultaat heeft al mijn verwachtingen overtroffen.

Vanaf het begin van het project was het duidelijk hoeveel inzet Lucas en Débora toonden om het best mogelijke resultaat te leveren. Ze gingen verder dan ik had verwacht en stelden verschillende verbeteringen voor die de ruimte echt naar een hoger niveau hebben getild, zonder zich alleen te beperken tot mijn oorspronkelijke ideeën.

Tijdens de uitvoering bleef hetzelfde hoge niveau van professionaliteit behouden. De focus lag niet alleen op het afronden van de werkzaamheden, maar op het leveren van kwaliteit in elk detail, waarbij ze op sommige punten zelfs meer hebben geleverd dan gepland.

Decas renovatie werd ons aanbevolen door familie leden, die de badkamer hadden laten doen. Bij ons hebben ze de oude keuken verwijderd, elektra uitgebreid ten behoeve van een quooker, kookplaat, en extra stopcontacten. Daarna de muren weer afgewerkt en nieuwe tegelvloer gelegd, ook in de bijkeuken. Ze hebben netjes naar de deadline toegewerkt, en die zonder stress gehaald. Het contact was prima, eindresultaat goed, en ze hebben zonder extra kosten nog extra werk gedaan. Daarnaast doen ze niet moeilijk om later nog een keer terug te komen mocht er toch iets niet helemaal 100% zijn.
Wij zijn zeer tevreden en willrn binnenkort ook onze badkamer door Decas laten doen.

We got to know this company after an Ad from Instagram. Then we heard of a friend who hired them. We can't thank them enough for the great recommendation. Decas provided a 6-star service! From planning to execution, we were impressed with the level of expertise, professionalism, communication, and end result! They offer a customised experience for their clients. Always available for answering questions and providing suggestions during the renovation/building period. All the process is made very clear: Costs and quality of materials and what is the trade-off of your choices as a Customer. About price, I would not say they are the cheapest, but the customised experience makes the price totally worth it. Execution is also a plus - very detail oriented! I would definitely recommend.

• New Bathroom Creation: We transformed the wasruimte into a brand-new bathroom from scratch.
• Window Painting: All windows, both inside and outside, were painted.
• Kitchen Preparations: We made all the necessary preparations for our new kitchen.

And many other little things we were coming through along the way.

Lucas’ wife, Debora, was hired to design the bathroom projects for us, and her creativity and expertise truly shone through.

From the beginning, communication with Lucas was 100% clear and efficient. We negotiated the price and agreed on the start and end dates, and everything went according to plan. Lucas was not only a source of great suggestions, but he also took care of every detail. For instance, when converting the wasruimte into a bathroom, he decided to move the ketel into a newly built closet in the guest room to gain space. He even coordinated with a certified professional to relocate it.

The renovation was completed on time, and we were able to move in on the agreed date. There were a few little details left, but nothing that would make a mess or disturb us.

What truly set this experience apart was the peace of mind Lucas provided. He ordered all materials directly from the store, so I only had to deal with him. Lucas’ extensive network of contacts and suppliers meant everything was done efficiently and promptly. I didn’t have to worry about learning every little detail of the renovation process; I knew Lucas would handle it all.

After moving in, we also agreed on doing the backyard, which was leveled, the fence was replaced, a deck was built, and a tree was moved around.

Communication throughout the project was exceptional, and I felt confident every step of the way.
