Payed for stickers on the 17/12/24 and still not received, messaged them twice no reply.

Recu un mail de confirmation de commande aprés payement en E carte bleue.
Depuis ce jour aucune info.
Société sensée être en Angleterre mais basée en Lithuanie...
Service carte bleue piloté par Stripe (aucun moyen de remboursement possible) , aucun autre moyen de payement proposé magré un beau logo paypal !

Money paid but stickers never sent. No way to contact them

Worst Company i have ever dealt with or should i say not dealt with, don't waste your good money here, this company is a Scam.

I wouldn't have even given them one star but trust pilot would not accept zero stars....
This is a scammer company they have a code.uk address but our base in Eastern Europe. Decals took forever to come and when they arrived they were damaged and extremely poor quality. You are not able to get any response from this company via email even using the support address that they manage to send you messages on avoid avoid avoid.

IF I COULD GIVE THEM NO STAR TO WRITE THIS THEN I WOULD. THEY DO NOT ACCEPT ANY EMAILS WHICH ARE NEVER DELIVERED.
SO THE OBVIOUS CONCLUSION MUST BE THAT THEY ARE A SCAMMER COMPANY SIMPLY PREYING ON HARD WORKING PEOPLE AND SUBSEQUENTLY IT APPEARS I HAVE WASTED MY MONEY, OR THEY WOULD DELIVER WHAT WAS PURCHASED OR AT LEAST REPLY TO YOUR COMPLAINT EMAIL.
DO NOT USE THEM THEM!!!!!

Took money, never sent merchandise, do not respond to messages

Paid my money for some decals 6 months ago, never received anything from them. I tried emailing them after waiting a few weeks for them to arrive but my email couldn't be delivered even after numerous attempts. This is a scam company, do not buy from them.

This is what they do at Decals House
They send your first order out, then don't for any other. Lost only £20 on my second order that never came, but still, emails bounced back. Scammers. DO NOT TRUST. Can't believe their website is still allowed to stay up.

I honestly thought this was a fraudulent site and after I paid around £10 pounds and heard nothing..I started to read the customer reviews that were all negative..so I thought but my decals turned up today absolutely spot on could not be happier.thank you decalshouse excellent 👏

This company is a scam, tried contacting them and got no reply. Please don't get taken in by there website it looks legit, it's not. Waiting for weeks now on decals.

Emails bounced back and no stickers have arrived 3 months later, use them at your own peril.

Scam. Ordered and paid for products which I’ve never received. They don’t react on my emails.

Bonjour, j’ai passé une commande le 13 août que je n’ai toujours pas reçu. J’envoie des mails tous les jours. Aucune réponse de leur part pourtant la commande a été débitée. Je pense que je me suis fait arnaquer surtout ne commandez pas car vous ne recevez pas votre commande à fuir.
