Seems the amount said that I would pay is different every week, one week it $54 then it's $51 then it's $50 I'm confused as on the statement proved it says just $50 repayments and I'm unsure about the excess amount I'm being charged that's all.

It was really unbelievable from the beginning but at the end i felt a good relief because you are the best guys,the way you handled things is very professional and it makes me feel under control now.

I am so happy with the help of debt negotiators to make it eaisier for me to pay off my debts with an affordable payment.

They say the journey is sometimes more important than the destination. If this is the case, then Debt Negotiators have much to work on. Right from the start of my experience there were issues with communication but because of my embarrassment (which they sometimes unintentionally throw back in your face) I didn't really act on it because I just wanted it taken care of.

Most of my correspondence with them have been via email but you do not have 1 specific person you deal with considering the sensitivity of your personal information they have. Since I began my experience with Debt Negotiators, I have maybe dealt with 6 people? 6 people who have all had there fair share of access to my information. 6 people who wouldn't have any clue what has been said and done already, so expect a lot of repetition.

Trying to get answers to questions? You might be better off trying to find the answer yourself i think.

I am anxious waiting for the resolution of my case and for the next 5 years till it is over, im not sure this company will ever give me any assurances not to be.
