I had a large snowball of debt after falling behind on payments and then losing my job but DebtBusters was able to consolidate it all and make it several small payments over 5 years.

I dealt with MK from up until the point I was investigating the account all the way until my debt was consolidated and she made sure to follow up on time when she said she would and was very accommodating to my personal situation.

Recently in my life I realised I couldn’t continue putting on a front for family & friends the pretence of having an ‘endless’ amount of cash flow and then lying to myself that I had control of my finances. The honest truth was I didn’t, in fact, it was the complete opposite. The more I believed myself, the more I found myself in a world of debt. It wasn’t until my husband’s stroke & the realisation he could no longer return to full time work that my dependency on my credit cards began to exceed my limits and so I was soon faced with outstanding debts I couldn’t repay. As a New Zealander living in Australia there is little to no financial support available. I recently got out of a relationship and was left with a substantial amount of debt.
