I’ve been with Debt Busters for over a year and I had a great person Aqib to help set me up. It was made so straightforward. Once Aqib moved on from the company, I had a lot to do with Kim who is extremely pleasant and understanding. At one stage I was in between jobs and Kim made it easy to put a hold on payments without any pressure. They send regular email updates (eg, options to alter your payments for a short time to help with Christmas expenses).
I’m 11k out of my 25k debt and it’s got a lot to do with how willing they are to work with you toward reasonable outcomes rather than just setting up the numbers for you. I’ve recommended them to a couple of people i know. I think they have a very personalised approach to dealing with individual needs and you don’t feel like ‘just another customer’ at all.
