The customer support is EXTREMELY underwhelming. I'm a first time seller, and the representative I was speaking to was not patient, had a condescending tone both over the phone and via text. Even though I lack experience in the land area, I was hurt and discouraged by the lack of care and respect our interaction was handled with. I would not recommend them to anyone, let alone new sellers or anyone new to the business!
