maria and laura were helpful and clearly explained the rental income distribution and how many properties my account will get. My only criticism is that responses took a bit longer than usual in the early stages. Aside from that, everything was handled professionally and the onboarding process was straightforward.
i appreciate how easy it is to liquidate my rental income whenever i need it. Way smoother and faster than all the reits I have used in the past.
I had to click a few times to see how many properties could be allocated to my account under the selected financial strategy. It was not confusing, but it required digging more than expected.
I am a research professor at UCR and currently providing mentorship to graduate and predoctoral students in SJSU. I believe education at bevshaw should come down to student level. Your resources from the newsletters are quite advanced for young entrepreneurs with almost zero knowledge about real estate. I see a lot of entrepreneurial spirit from my younger students and these days, venture capital is a very limited option. Your approach to fractional ownership in real estate will help graduate students raise funds for their projects but they need comprehensible materials for their level. Besides the advanced materials, this is a great platform with tremendous potential.
I recently located to singapore and tried to change the phone number on my account and it shows success but after 1-2hrs, i noticed my old number is shown on my dashboard. Did i get it wrongly? I have also opened a ticket on this and it has been over 24 hours and no response

really nice idea to encourage some balance in property acquisition but i think the platform is not providing enough education on values of fractional real estate
