Arrived quickly with great shipping updates. The rabbit hutch is exactly as described, easy to assemble and better quality than expected

This review came 6 days after purchase and before I received a tracking number from toll and toll’s tracking only says “in transit” with no other details. This is now the 10th business day with no further info.

Purchase online was easy, didn’t realise each item is delivered separately but once I worked that out I was able to contact the delivery people to track packages. Took me a bit to understand instructions to put together but once I did it was easy to assemble. Was only missing one part to hold the two back boards together. Product seems good for its prices

They did not send all 3 items that I purchased and are still getting back to me to sort it out. They do not answer their phone. Very poor communication

I'd never heard of DealMates before, so I was a little hesitant but ordered anyway...very easy to navigate their website, ordered and paid. They updated every step of the way and within a week, my furniture had arrived. Very impressed.

So happy with our purchase and the delivery time frame

My 15 year old daughter ordered a bed on the 11th Jan and it’s been sitting in a city 50km away from us for the last two weeks. Can’t understand the delay. Will change the rating if/when it turns up.

There was some security concerns initially but it was quickly resolved. I guess with the heightened scamming activities nowadays, it is good that the seller takes precautions to protect its customers.

I received my carpet parcel today. So it is not fair to rant further. I am giving them more stars now but please don't take your phone off and get irresponsive making clients suspicious. Another piece of advice changes your courier. Aramex doesn't give any updates on parcels, leaving customers in anxiety.

well packaged, well priced, and once assembled looks good. Also, the shipping cost was good and it arrived in a timely manner.

I am not really sure what rating to give as I am still to receive all of my order. The tracking app stated that I should receive both boxes on 31/12/21 but the delivery did not arrive until 05/01/22 and then I only received half of the order. It is 10/01/22 and I am yet to see the other half.
