My order arrived before scheduled date…
My order arrived before scheduled date which was great. Unfortunately one of the reflectors on the bike is broken and trying to find where to notify the company regarding this was impossible. Still very happy with my purchase. Good value for money.

Artiss rug. Happy with purchase

A bit disappointed that my mattress has…
A bit disappointed that my mattress has arrived and I paid postage and they didn’t leave it at my house they took it back to their warehouse now I have to drive 30 odd kms to go get it that’s disappointing as I have desperately been waiting for it to turn up.
I work shift work so I have to wait yet another day to pick the mattress up.

Great hutch
Great hutch, the only problem for me is that if you want to put a small litter tray or anything bigger than the doors you can't. It would be good if one of the rooves had a hinge so you could open up.

I ordered a set of kids table and…
I ordered a set of kids table and chairs and paid by my credit card. I was waiting for the item to arrive. A couple of days later when I checked my credit card transaction, I realised I received a refund to my credit card from this website. When I contacted the customer service, I was told the credit card I used was suspected as fraudulent by their bank provider and my order was cancelled without telling me anything. I provided my mobile number and email address when I placed the order. Should some customers service team contact me before cancelling my order without notification. No email no phone calls, I was waiting for my order as an idiot. Wandering whether the website is a genuine online shopping website
