Win win
Daniel was very warm, welcoming, and easy to talk to. He hooked me and also told me I'd have at least 6 to 8 weeks before I needed to provide any imagery. When it came to Kat, she told me I had a week and allowed a week and a half! While she was very professional, it also felt in her replies that she hadn't taken the time to read my emails and respond accordingly. It felt like generic, auto-generated replies.
I was clearly a fish out of water. As a new business trying to use images of my actual facility was difficult and ultimately didn't work out because of not understanding your "requirement" jargon. I was told one of my images wouldn't work because it was in landscape form but in my understanding of landscape, so too is the image that you used.
In the end, you guys chose an image that portrays the look and feel of Reprieve and that is a win in my book.
