Property Booklets

Disappointing service
Under 48hrs after proceeding with a quote from 3 media, I needed to cancel the agreement, however 3 media refused point blank to cancel the agreement forcing me to go ahead with the purchase without offering cancellation rights or cooling off period. Always take time to think hard before singing anything in the future. We will not be using my 3 media in the future or referring them to anyone we know.

We understand how important it is for clients to feel confident and comfortable with their decisions. In this case, the agreement entered into was a business-to-business contract, with the terms, including cancellation conditions, clearly outlined and confirmed prior to acceptance. Once approved and production commenced, we were unfortunately unable to cancel the order.
That said, we do regret that this has left you feeling unhappy, and this was certainly not our intention. We always aim to be transparent and professional throughout the process, and we take all feedback seriously as we continue to review how clearly our terms are communicated.
