Great company and the service is good... a little slow at times but they have always come through and been great to work with. The Dashboard and what is possible, it amazing. Still wrapping my head around it.

Forget about any getting any useful customer service, (what did they call it ? Concierge Assistant ) LOL !! Could not get on the live call TWICE within the week and Johnauy had this oh well 😏 tone to him. Then when I ask about the sales script he writes we don't allow those to be downloaded, you'll have to take screenshots. LOL 😆😝 I did not last the month. Pathetic ! Still waiting for my refund but they probably love the money more than their reputation 🤑

On May 26 and June 2, 2024, you reached out to us regarding access issues, and we informed you that your network appeared to have been blocked by our site provider. This issue is unique and has not affected other customers.

So that is your reply? MY network was blocked by YOUR site provider And in Deal.ai's worldview that is a perfectly normal customer experience 🤣🤣🤣 You proved the point I was making. Onboard with Deal.ai at your own risk 🤣🤣

You cannot get 100% advantage to anything in life, but here they are making life easier. Their customer support is also gracious, expectations may not really be as thought but patience to their platform will maximize interest on learning, creative routes, marketing as well as promotional benefits for either personal brands, businesses or sales.

This platform is AMAZING!

So far it's been super exciting. I'm just a normal guy that owns a construction company. Although I haven't fully nailed my marketing strategy for my white label, I have used to tools to build and shoot my company website to the top spot on the first page of Google. I just build the site last week. It's pretty much like this whatever you can think of or dream up business wise deal.ai can help you figure it out at a fraction of the cost of you trying things and failing over and over. Which is something I have done. It's not fun although that's what ultimately to lead me to the platform. As entrepreneurs we cannot be afraid to fail. And I truly believe these guys are a lot like me. Relentless.

I paid $8 for the monthly subscription not knowing anything about this subject and wanting to learn more but got nothing about link or access. I emailed their support, no response at all.

I'm incredibly disappointed in this software. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get answers. I have no issue paying for the "premium" subscription WHEN I NEED IT and IF I need it. However, I am asking a simple question about the affiliate option and I hope the "person" responding is a bot, otherwise the person is not very intelligent at all. It is incredibly frustrating to invest my time, energy and money into a program and can't get simple questions answered. I am a busy person. I don't have time to sit here and as questions that I get the run around on. About to cancel deal.ai and move on. I just received the answer to my question that if i wanted technical support I need to sign up for premium. I am asking if the Affiliate program is available for use by my whitelabel clients to use for THEIR services and products IE skincare line, can set up the affiliate program and utilize it for their affiliate to sell the skincare. Not to mention it is very confusing. There should be a little more support available. I understand there is more tech support at a higher cost. But there should be a little more than just video support for those whitelabeling.

Absolutely amazing platform and training. I would highly recommend this company they're on the cutting edge of the AI revolution and the training is so value packed it's insane!!!!!

The tools are great, nothing so far has been a bad experience, it has done exceptionally well. however I find the private policy, and terms of service to be vague. They have a third party using this AI for the purpose of helping find ways to describe their ideas and translate... However nowhere does it promise that your ideas aren't being stolen, and they clearly outline that you cannot take them to court, so even if they take my copyrighted ideas in prompts, how can I be sure they won't take these prompts and do something scandalous with them against me? This is very troubling, and I suggest this company make an effort to disclose their intentions regarding your prompts, and the AI output. I've copyrighted my work, I am weary about inputting any data for any translations because of their vague documents. Contact me with clear intentions, and I will give this 5 stars.

Good customer service is hard to find. I cannot say enough about the fast customer service I received from the company! This is a great offer for anyone wanting to break into the AI space.

I saw an ad on Facebook and signed on with deal.ai after viewing several tech reviews that reviewed their apps on YouTube. The tech reviews were very positive and I have not been disappointed so far. I've attended orientation and completed the Marketing Academy app. I am truly impressed with their depth of creativity and commitment to adding new apps all the time. Their BookDaddy apps are equally impressive! I did have a billing problem right after signing up-which was quickly remedied by Jonathan. Their level of support is fantastic and their product line is amazing! If you are interested in a career in marketing, as an author, or just to promote your own company sales this is the best company I have ever experienced. I have searched for years for this kind of company and finally found it with deal.ai ! You can succeed no matter your level of experience.

Not fair to give them a one star - the software is useful - as stand alone software. But the business they sell as a white label will require some extra dough if you want anything worth having. The software seemed legit, but keep this in mind, if you really want to get the most out of the software, expect to pay. Everything is an extra monthly fee outside of their standard AI apps that you can white label; however, you have to pay more to create your own models.

Refunded me immediately when I asked. Didn't even try explaining the software, seemed irritated I interupted. Support is important, if they don't care now, they won't care then.

customer service was responsive with some billing issue but in review I believe that I read their pricing options incorrectly on the sales pages. The system is modular so that you don't get all the things at once a la cart. I enjoy the tools and the easy to use interface. If customer service is any indication of their dedication to improving the product I can't wait to see what they build out next. Thanks for this great opportunity!
