I cancelled my subscription on the first day but I have been charged every month since. The company do not answer emails and the “contact us” section of the website is just a scam - it’s impossible to prove that you’ve sent them a message and they won’t reply anyway and will just continue to charge you the full amount. They do it through Klarna which is really hard to stop once it’s going.
The stem splitter is the best out here and the sound don't lose quality.
Very good to convert, better then most sites, but a little bit frustrating to cancel subscription

We’ve reviewed both the website and the offer details again. As you mentioned, you purchased the service in 2020, and the Important Details section clearly states that the length of access is 1 year.
