The support and platform are amazing! There are a ton of support calls and tutorial videos inside the platform. You could spend hours on the training videos if you choose, but so much of it stands alone!

I'm hugely disappointed. I found it and run a Donkey refuge in Morocco and was looking at AI options. I began to explore this one before I knew what it happened, I signed up and my money was taken. I tried to cancel it immediately, but they have still taken the years subscriptions that I cannot afford.

I now have to correct what I had said already because the company has refunded my money and very politely so thank you very much. I was mistaken.

Customer service appears poor or non-existent. I asked Deal.Ai to contact me about their payments I received NO RESPONSE. Need to invoice customers not just take endless amounts of money. They cancelled my account then still took MORE money out. What are all the payments for? Send invoices please

I ordered their product (including a couple others add on offers) however I haven’t received any emails from them with details of how to access the product purchased. There has been zero follow up from them for the past month (I made the purchase on April 7) until now. Apparently there appears to be a subscription active. I don’t know the details of said subscription because they didn’t send anything. I can’t log in or explore what I paid for, yet they are billing me $47. I looked them up and emailed customer service to request a full refund and to cancel whatever subscription is active as I paid for something I didn’t get so I’m not interested any longer if I can’t access or get credentials to do so.
No response after a week, however they have just tried to bill me again.
This is disreputable conduct especially as they are being non-responsive and feels like a scam (constant billing, zero customer service or response leads one to think that if this is how they make their money then that doesn’t say much about the product they are selling if they can’t be bothered to send details to access and use it and refuse to respond to its customers). Shame on them.

UPDATE: May 22 2025:
They finally reached out to me on May 12th (after another billing attempt on May 11) and cancelled the subscription. I asked them to refund the original amounts as I had not received a receipt of the purchase or details of how to access the platform. They refunded all three amounts on May 20 and followed up with an apology. I am satisfied with the final resolution.

Deal.ai is a very special group of people. I see so many companies and Gurus flaunting programs that infer to viewers that if they simply join that all their life problems will go away with the swipe of a magic keyboard. That simply isn't how life works. Deal.ai is straightforward about what they offer, the tools are A grade and well explained well no matter where you are starting from. Having a visionairy like Alex, is amazing, Terry is a fantastic host and genuiney cares about the brand you want to build and ensures you get the guidance needed to take your brand to the next level. Darsh has been a true game changer for me He is thoughtful, meticulous, and amazing with customers. Having been in the DX spece for 20 years, I've seen a lot of tools come andgo. Deal.ai is not only here to stay, we are all here to rewrite the way selling and marketing products is done. If you haven't used deal.ai, all I can say is watch what happens every week and if your not sold om this being your platform for greatness after a couple weeks. you are doing something wrong! I have been with deal.ai since September of 2024, and the experience has been nothing short of amazing! I am 75 years young and not of any of the tech generations therefore my knowledge of coding and programming is a big disadvantage in a tech industry industry venture. However, the founder Dr. Alex Mehr, his partners and teammates Terry, Jonathan, Darsh, Terrance, and David are absolutely dedicated to bringing you into the world of AI in a way that makes it inspiring and exciting! Although this is a young company the level of expertise and knowledge here is better than anything I’ve ever seen before. New technologies are the rule and the pace of progress is simply incredible. New apps, and different programs are added weekly and the selection for any business focus is incredible and continues to grow all the time! Their live trainings are ongoing weekly and new features and options are being added constantly. You can be immersed in trainings every day if you choose and they are recorded so you can review them at will. There are certification bootcamps for intensive learning and you come away with a functional business that you can start to earn and promote immediately. The management team at deal.ai is dedicated to making you as successful as possible. There have been a few billing issues with Stripe with my account and the company is growing so fast it is difficult to get instant support but any issue I have ever had was handled satisfactorily. The management team stays very involved in every aspect of the business and actually care that you succeed.
