Excellent
D. Carter Electrical has been fantastic from start to finish. He fully re-wired our garden room, completed both the first and second fix on our garage conversion, moved sockets during our kitchen refit, and even diagnosed and repaired an electrical fault we’d been struggling with. His work is tidy, efficient, and clearly done to a high standard. Reliable, professional, and easy to communicate with. Highly recommended.

Excellent service from Dave
Dave did a few jobs for me last week, including fitted me new smoke alarms, a light in my loft and understairs cupboard, a PIR light in my garden and a ceiling fan light in a bedroom. All was completed in a few hours and Dave worked efficiently and was very tidy even hoovering up after! He showed me how everything worked and asked if I had any questions. Dave was very polite and professional and I will use him again if I have any future needs.

Like an Angel in disguise
My wife has Alzheimer’s and personal hygiene is important, we have a British Gas home breakdown account and needed their help.
Despite explaining and almost begging British Gas to help, they would only offer an appointment in 5 days time.
In desperation as it was Saturday, I phoned several electricians for help, the only person to respond was David, alas he couldn’t attend us immediately but gave us enough information to get us through until he was able to attend and cheerfully and efficiently resolve our situation.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share this. Hearing about the immense stress you and your wife were under over the weekend is exactly why I do my best to answer the phone and help however I can, even when I can't get there right that second. I can only imagine how frustrating and worrying it must have been to be let down when you needed urgent support the most. I'm just so glad the advice I gave over the phone was able to tide you over safely, and that I could get everything sorted for you efficiently once I arrived. It was an absolute privilege to help you both. Please never hesitate to reach out if you need anything at all in the future—you know my number.
