Well, they did fine, I did contact them before about a device that I bought and I never opened the box until like a few months later after I bought the device and I go to plug it in to charge it and the adapter didn't work, so I got in touch with one of your representatives and I asked him if he could send me a new adapter and instead, he sent me a whole new unit. Also I purchased another unit off of Amazon by the same company and I was completely unaware that it did not come with an adapter or any of the other accessories that mine came with and I discovered through another text conversation from a representative from your company that only one model has all those accessories, so I returned the one I bought and bought the one that she recommended. My mother-in-law also has one of your devices and she used it to jump start her car successfully and I haven't heard from her back since then, so I assume it's still working fine. I still would like an explanation why you guys don't just include the accessories with all your devices instead of just one model?

This was a Gift and was finally able to get a real life test. Without the power unit he would have had to call me or a tow company to get his truck started. It worked like a champ! Thank You!
DONT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS
This company had been completely unhelpful. I have a projector that is less than 5 years old and have only used a handful of times and it is extremely pixelated and the color has gone bad. I call the company for assistance and trouble shooting and they couldn’t “find anything to trouble shoot my model number” but offered to send me an email with trouble shooting help? How is this helpful if you can’t even find my model number? I have been on hold for almost half an hour with dead silence .. waiting for a manager because I found this unacceptable. And am STILL WAITING.

I can not find a single device this connects to wirelessly, that was why it was bought. IE Android Phone, Amazon Fire, iPhone. Pretty worthless at this point!!

Hello I recd. the charger expeditiously.
However I have 1 issue:
I tried to use the Smart phone USB for my iPhone but it does not seem to work/chg. My phone.
Our daughter has used hers 2 times to help others stranded in parking lots.
We haven't had to use the battery charger yet, but got one for Christmas & with 2 cars felt we should have one in each vehicle in case stranded somewhere and need a quick start.
Our daughter has used hers to help 2 strangers in peril at stores and she said it was so easy and the 2 different people were so grateful to her help with your battery charger.

I received the unit and it would not charge so I Contacted the company via email And kept getting multiple emails back requesting pictures and many excuses… I sent them all the pictures answer all their questions, and still nothing… Absolutely terrible customer service and I will never buy from DB power again

Someone just hung up on me and I have been trying to get a replacement for almost a month. This si absolutely unacceptable service for a warranty item that was supposed to be replaced within 3-14 days. I sent a video that was needed and CLEARLY showed it was not working. The motor stopped. All I keep getting back is apology emails and no replaced unit. I want a replacement or a refund, please. This has gone on long enough.
Doesn't play DVDs as it should
The player successfully played certain Region 1 discs but not others. On several occasions the screen displayed a formatting error that the disks were not playable in this region. The disks in question were Region 1 and could be played on my other Region 1 players.
Customer service was poor. They kept assuring me for almost a month that the matter was being looked into. I'm still waiting. No repair, no replacement.

DB-Power customer service is really on the ball. Quick to respond and with the right answers. I trust DB-Power so much, I ordered a third battery jump box from them.
EXCELLENT SERVICE
I am very impressed with the service provided by DBPower, and especially the outstanding service, attitude and professionalism displayed by Joshua. He did an excellent job of taking care of my problem, with the jumper cable issue, and is highly deserving of recognition and continued internship. There was a slight delay in receiving the replacement part, but that was due to an issue with UPS, not DBPOWER. I haven't had the opportunity to use the replacement part, but am confident that DBPOWER will provide excellent warantee service. Thanks again to Joshua!!!!
After Warranty Replacement
After some discussion with a rep from KOIOS ( Aliah ) the company agreed to replace our hand blender which was off warranty by just a month or two. Very pleased with the result of our complaint.

DB Power’s tech, Rey was extremely prompt in responding to our DVD charge issue. He was very knowledgeable. He diagnosed and resolved our issue. We have ordered products from DB Power three times. They are a great company and take care of their customers!

Good duel purpose product
Bought on Amazon. Product as described. I am able to charge 2 iPhones at once. Charging was relatively quick and easy with USB-C connection.
I needed another powerbank. Might as well be able to jump start my car at the same time.

I called the company about my dbpower 2500 charger which just before it’s 2 year anniversary stopped taking a charge. I spoke with Alex, a customer service rep. After stating my issue, Alex sent me an email with some easy guidelines which was a short video and my information. I responded immediately after getting the email. Alex responded soon after saying they received everything and it was being reviewed and thought I would get a replacement in 7-14 days.
Imagine my surprise that 4 days later I received a brand new charger. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend them for their great products and their exceptional service. Thank you Alex and thank you DBPOWER!
