This order was for a community project which only relies on money brought in from donations. The order was reasonably priced and quick delivery which means a lot to us.

Really good range of box sizes, easy ordering process, arrived on the Monday after ordering on Friday. I bought the recycled double-wall boxes and they are very good quality.

Parcel arrived completely open.
No problem at with the product. But the box arrived and the entire top of the box had been opened. When you receive the Sales email that says your goods are ordered etc it also states that you have to be at home when delivered as it needs to be signed for. The courier didn’t even ring the bell, just dumped it and left.

The packages were not securely wrapped…
The packages were not securely wrapped - resulting in the contents being dispersed in the courier's van.
The boxes themselves look to have been glued in a hurry. A lot of them don't form 'closed' boxes when constructed - there are gaps. Certainly the quality is not what it should be, or what it was when we first used this company.
