Quick and efficient. Well priced

I placed an order for 100 boxes on January 26th and I received it on February 13th, 18 days later.

I contacted the customer support twice asking for an update as my order was tagged as "awaiting stock". On January 30th I was told the stock was due "now" and the order would be shipped "as soon as it's in".

On February 4th I was told that there was a delay and stock was due in the following day. However the order was only shipped on February 12th.

There was no "out of stock" warning when placing my order. Davpack did not reach out to warn me about the delay and when I approached the customer service, I was given inaccurate information.


The boxes were strapped together with a plastic strap. On one end, a piece of cardboard was placed to avoid damaging the boxes. On the other end, no protection was used. As a result, some of the boxes have a slightly damaged end. I am using those boxes for storage and I can see the strap damage on the front lip of some boxes.

Some of the boxes shows some damage where the cardboard was punched.

I contacted customer service to report my dissatisfaction. They acknowledged that the service provided was not great claiming some change in staff and location affected the usual operations.

They offered a refund or a replacement.

I asked for either 5 box per each type to be shipped or, alternatively, a free shipping (worth £6.99) for a next order.

They said they were unable to ship smaller quantities than the minimum pack of 25 and offered a 10% off instead as a "gesture of goodwill"

Which means that to get the equivalent of free shipping I need to order £70 and to get the equivalent of 5 boxes per type (worth £28) I need to order £200.

It feels as they were doing me a favour. Disappointed.

It would be useful if customers were advised that the boxes require strong tape to put box together as there is no interlock action.
The boxes were ordered Thursday and delivered the following Monday with “overnight” label. The package was delivered by an unmarked white van with badly damaged outer packaging. Fortunate the delivery man was very helpful photographing the damage, assisting unpacking & proving the contents were not damaged.

A mistake was made on the order, but was immediately sorted out with no fuss. How a company sorts out these things is always the better test of there service to customers

The goods delivered are fine, thank you. However the delivery was clumsy they threw the large package over our neighbours gateway, which made the tape burst on the package, and it was very lucky it wasn't raining before I found it.

A box of envelopeswas missing from the order. And the box of envelopes that did arrive - the box was badly damaged. Luckily the envelopes were intact, but with this being a packaging company, you would expect better packaging. Customers services were helpful to rectify.

Repeat customer. Always great products delivered quickly and efficiently.

Have used Davpack for years purchasing boxes for my small business.
On this one time when when something went wrong. I cannot fault the service and how it was dealt with. Well done Davpack!

Fantastic customer service but the boxes were dirty on arrival - they did send replacments but it's such a waste - i always get my boxes from them because they are so reliable and alwasy pick up the phone

This was the first time I ordered from Davpack. My experience was unpleasant and disappointing. They delivery the goods via DX that didn't notify me about the delivery date and time. I was at home waiting for delivery. The DX staff delivered the goods to my Concierge instead of my house. The goods was damaged and I had to get someone to bring the heavy goods from the Concierge to my house which was a few hundred yards away. Davpack claim they provide 5 star service and exceed my expectations, I totally disagree.

Despite being asked to check the shipment before signing for it we were not given this option as it was just dumped outside the front door in the rain. All the external packaging was broken and wet. Fortunately, the interior boxes and blankets were only mildly damp and could be dried out and become usable.

Dreadful service by DX courier. Left at wrong address, no signature received. Failed deliveries and returned to Davpack with no notification on multiple occasions

We got the product in Good Condition in 24 hours, the products were great quality and we have decided to move some of our requirements to Davpack.

Awful experience!

Ordered a lot of boxes that we needed urgently. A week later still no order.

I called and they said there was a delay on 1 of 4 of the options we ordered. So I said why not send the rest of the order whilst we wait for the delayed one. I didn't order something to wait 3 weeks for it, especially when it say 3-5 working days on the website.

She said she will get them shipped out asap. 1 week later we have just had delivery of the boxes that were delayed, not the others!

They are a joke, no apology, just a clueless attitude.

Needless to say, I still don't have my full order. Wont be using them again.

Easy to order from a wide range of boxes. Shipped in an oversized box for a small order. Box arrived fairly battered but order was secure inside.
