This company are conning you with garments that’s are incorrectly sized and ridiculous returns policy.
Please do not buy anything from this site you can not return your items which are clearly distributing there products from a uk warehouse. Then telling you that you must pay crazy fees to send these back to china at your cost.
Disgraceful behaviour

DO NOT USE THEM - they are not a British based company. They are in China and if you want to return something the costs are yours and they almost actively encourage you not to, leaving you out of pocket with goods you don't want. Delivery also takes an age - not the 3 - 5 days they state!

It took a month for delivery and when it came it didn’t resemble the product at all and the quality was awful

I just want to update my previous post. Having spoken to my bank they confirmed my worst fears that this company is not practicing within the parameters of consumer law.

My case is a good example of how they are not practicing within the law.

They have even emailed me to say that they have consulted with their manager and confirmed that the way they trade is lawful, they have now worked their way up to 75% of any future purchases.

How do they know that it costs £50 to return an item to China. Has anyone actually tried to do this.

If anyone has any ideas on how to take this company to task please let me know and I will begin the process

I have never written a bad reveiw for a company but here goes.
Do not buy from rhe company. The website is extremely misleading, stating a 30 days returns policy. What is failed to mention is that this return is to China and the postage is paid by the consumer. Circa £50.
The quality of these products is inferior, you'd find better in Primark. If you want to take a punt search for the same on Temu, at least with Temu if it's not up to your expected standard the item is refunded with no quibble.
Websites like this should not be allowed on a UK platform, they sit outside our consumer rights laws.
This company is making a fortune based on lies. The swim shorts I bought were see-through, badly sewn and the image of a shark was jagged. Nothing like the picture.
I'm so cross with this company. The customer service is polite was has the audacity to offer a 20% discount off a future purchase.
Do not purchase from here, this website should be shut down.
In addition to this, they took 3 weeks to arrive missing Fathers Day.

Total scam. Not British but Chinese based with terrible quality, shipping takes an age (if you even get the product) quality is cheap and nasty. The clothes they advertise are not what you get. How they have not been closed down I have no idea. I have asked my bank to refund as they are fraudsters.

This company advertises very nice smart stylish clothing, however after waiting at least 3 weeks for a linen polo shirt to arrive.
Well I received a cheap cotton shirt the colour is close to what I ordered nothing else is close to the item I paid for.
Requested a refund and this is the reply I received:

Stay away from this company you will never get a refund.

My biggest mistake was not looking into this company before buying. Ordered some swim
Shorts for my son to go away with school. The delivery said 3-5 days. So as I was ordering them on the 27th June and he wasn’t going until 6th July thought that would leave me with enough time especially as everything on the site pointed to them being a uk company. The money was taken straight away. By 1st July I’d still not received an email confirmation so sent an email to their information email. I had a reply the next day saying the item had been shipped and they could no longer influence the delivery. So I thought ok they’re on the way. The shorts arrived today the 12th of July. 15 days after ordering (or 10 business days), well outside of their advised 3-5 days. My son got back yesterday from his trip so they are no longer needed. I had to buy more before he went but thought it was fine as I could return when these arrived. So today I emailed them to request a return, the reply I had was a joke. Basically telling me to keep the item (at my cost they don’t intend to refund me) and they’ll give me a 20% off voucher to use next time. Or I can return them at my own cost as per their terms and conditions. What their terms don’t tell you is that return address is china. Nowhere on their website does it state this. So the email also advised me that the shipping costs were likely to be £50. Coincidentally the same price as the shorts.
So although you do receive the items (which look paper thin and I can’t see how they the size or quality advertised) it is a complete scam as they could send you anything and then you can’t return them so money lost.

Do not, I repeat do not use this company.
I've ordered my clothing which didn't fit or match up to the quality they claimed it would be.
I had asked to return the item as they advertise 30 day return policy.
I was then informed that because they ship all goods from China the cost for me to return it would £50+
At this point they have given no information on their website that this would be the return address.
I have asked for a UK address to return the item and am now being ignored.
Complete scam do not use for anything.

Do not fall for the scam, this is not a British Company the name suggests, the UK shipping is a total fraud, my shirt took almost three weeks to arrive and the cherry on top is the shirt is totally unbranded it is absolutely not cotton that was advertised and is a shirt I wouldn’t even donate to charity, total fraud!!

Scammers, 3rd week and still waiting. Not expecting the quality to be any good either based on the comments. I wish there was something I could do to make a complaint about this website. How can they so brazenly scam people. They are probably situated somewhere in Asia.
Please stay away from them.
Update: The polo shirts are completely different from the pictures and the quality is horrible, they have cut the labels as well. Had to bin them.

The item I received didn’t fit as expected, but the return process was straightforward. The customer service team was helpful, and I received a prompt refund.

Oh Dear. What a waste of time and money....I ordered 2 items. Received 2 items. 1 of which I didn't order. Didn't like the other as so cheap. I had to email them about returning them. They said I had to send both back via courier to China for £50. (approx cost of both items) Or I could get 20% off my next order. So I've lost £50 and have throw them in the bin. I had no idea they were baed in China. It should be law that an online retailer discloses where they are based and not pretend to be local. Especially these Chinese firms pretending to be British. And B have a return policy that means you get your money back, especially when sending items you didn't even want.

I ordered some pyjamas which looked nice on-line, but when they arrived the quality was shocking.

I asked to return them, but they insisted I return them to China & said I would need to pay the extortionate postage charge that exceeded the value of the order.

I repeatedly asked for a return number but they never provided it.

Sent me the wrong item - i needed fitted trunks for my holiday
Wouldnt accept the repsonsibility and kept quoting their terms and conditions. I am more than happy on payment of a returned item which I had ordered and wasnt happy etc but for them to send me the wrong item, accept zero responsiblity for their own actions and not offer any sort of compensation

I have contacted their info email prior to this post, based on the above I felt a review was needed given how bad their service has been

The quality of the product was terrible and there was no mention of the item coming from China. The returns policy states ‘quickly, easily and with zero fuss’ but they try to get you to buy more items at discount and then they stop replying. The cost of returning the item is nearly as much as the item. Total scam

My son ordered a shirt from this company for his prom. When it arrived it was screwed up in a bag, was awful quality material and contain no labels at all - not even a care label. I contacted the company and was told I had to return the product to China ‘as per their return policy’ which could cost me £50 for a product that cost £30 and was unlikely to meet their return criteria as it needed to ‘have the original labels’ which was tricky as it didn’t have any labels when it arrived. I was also offered a 20% discount off future orders which is a joke as I would never order anything from them again. Terrible.

I ordered a pair of swim trunks on 24 June and they arrived today. The trunks were not the item ordered and were of very poor quality.
I have asked for a refund as I was not amused, especially after a long wait for delivery.
After reading other reviews I definitely agree that they are not a good company to order from and would avoid at all costs.
