Ordered on the Sunday, despatched on Monday, arrived on Tuesday.

No fuss, great discounts, efficiently packaged, couldn't ask for more.

I have ordered from Dark Sphere several times and had generally good experiences. Prompt delivery and good prices are the main benefits. With customer service I have generally had good experiences, the few times I've had an out of stock issue they have contacted me directly with recommendation on a substitution.

I can imagine though that if you are dealing with an out of stock item that GW is taking a while to send out more of, these wait times could grow to be unacceptable.

I've been using Darksphere for a couple of years now.
They've made a few mistakes in terms of stock issues but customer service has been absolutely top-notch, with live chat responses within 1-8 hours normally, and able to help with anything. The prices are the best in the UK for GW products, and excellent for their other stock, the shipping is prompt, and the few times I've needed a replacement they've had it to me within 2 days.

Fantastic stuff. Keep it up.

The prices are always the most competitive and customer service is great.

The website could do with an update and if the item isn't in stock the shipping and updates for that order are slow but that's not a huge deal.

Would recommend this company regardless.

Difficult to give a fair review - price is competitive, delivery time is ok (a little slow to dispatch, but not too bad) and ordering is genrally not an issue when they have stock.

However, when they don't have stock, issues start to crop up.

The site advertises when stock is due in - fair enough you'd think, however this stock is often already sold, so you have absolutely no idea when your order will arrive. You're given no ETA, no indication, it's just a guess.

To make matters worse their customer service team (Alex in my case) are utterly unprofessional. The tone of their responses is terrible, sarcastic and way below what I'd expect from any company that wishes to retain it's customers.

Similarly their explanation of why they advertise stock that's not available is poor - apparently misleading customers is preferable to customers phoning asking if they're getting stock in.

Have ordered many times from Dark Sphere - thanks to their prices I am still interested in the Games Workshop hobby (wouldn't be if I was still paying Games Workshop store prices) always great service and prices as well as great customer service. Brilliant company.

Fast delivery and excellent prices, answered my questions over the phone really easily. Perfect way to get started with the warhammer hobby!

Half my order turned up almost a month late, another part of it was cancelled without me being informed. The worst part comes when you contact their customer services. Didn't even have the decency to apologise or recognise the issue, and spent our whole correspondence either trying to pin the blame on their supplier or just taking a confrontational tone. Flat out unprofessional.

Ordered my sisters birthday gift from them, as I was having trouble sourcing it elsewhere I asked of it was possible to get it by her birthday.
Although they just missed her birthday they kept me up to date with the process and delivered as close to the date as possible with an extra gift to say sorry.
Will buy from again.

Very rare to get quality service but dark sphere manage it in spades. Can't recommend highly enough.
