It takes too long to get a response. They love to sell you on buying the mentorship or the entire package but not really helping you make the right decision a letter quickly to dispute inaccurate information on your credit report.

His product DELIVERED everything I was needing and I am so glad he offers help for exactly what you need opposed to other selling only big packages. I found him watching a YouTube but privately msg him on fb and he answered and directed me to EXACTLY what I needed. Happy customer!

I’ve reached out to you guys yesterday about not having access to my account.

So I recently started a 30 day free trial under the Boss up plan yesterday on the 29th and this morning on the 30th I lost access to my account.

It keeps bringing me to the Page to upgrade my account, and the 30 days has not passed yet…

I don’t wanna have to leave a negative review on all of the social media + Review platforms, But my patience are running out

I have proof that I started a 30 day free trial under the boss up plan And due to this inconvenience, I actually lost a day of work because I don’t have access to my account…

Honestly I wouldn’t recommend to my friends and family with this poor level customer support…

Good morning. The knowledge and what you off to the consumers is great but the customer service is poor. My first experience with customer service was when I call to asked a question about the “deletion letter “ I purchased. A lady picked up the phone and said “Hello”. It would be more professional is she states the business she works for I thought to myself. I asked her a question about the letter I purchased but she was unable to help. She told me she would get someone to contact me back. Which never happened. I then wrote an email of wanting to speak with someone about the question I had for the letter. I was told the same thing through email that my concerns would be forwarded to someone. After figuring out my question on my own I then discover the a.I dispute letter feature that Daraine Delevante offer and was thoroughly impress of who all this information was at my fingertips. It offered different letters for any area in your credit profile , plus the A.I feature could make custom letters within seconds. I decide to pay for the monthly subscription of $150. The downside to that I just paid for a deletion letter for $147 just minutes prior to me knowing that the a.i letters even existed. So, I decided to call customer service and again and explain my situation. Maybe they would understand right??? Of course when I called the same lady picked up the phone saying “hello”. Also, that she would get someone to contact me back . Which never happens. I email the business and was replied back to stating they don’t do refunds. Which it’s not like I was trying to cheat the company . I just was explaining I bought one product within 20 minutes not even knowing another one existed the had unlimited letters vs just one at basically the same price. Anyway I just accepted I was out of $150 but still happy the I found a.i consumer law membership. After learning the site I was now ready to send out my first letter. It offers certified mail as well to where the consumer doesn’t even have to leave his house. I chose that option but after 2-3 days I still didn’t get my tracking number. I found that odd but stayed patient. I purchased my certified mail letters over 3 weeks ago I just got my tracking update when I email and told them this was wrong why isn’t my letters sent out yet. In reply someone stated “we are still working on a 3rd party to deal with a company to make this feature available.” So my question to that was why would you sell a feature and promote it to customers to buy when it’s not even ready yet. I could have just mail it off locally at a quicker time than just wait on this company. The customer service is just poor and sucks I wouldn’t want to work for them.

I am in the process of applying the information given in these ebooks. However, I can say enough positive feedback about the book. It well worth the cost of the asking price. No, question it has empowered me. I will write another review as I am going through to complete the process. I can’t wait to share my results. Thank you Delavante and company!
