The size was way too small
The size was way too small. I ordered my size and measured my foot but when the shoe came it was like 3 sizes too small. I ended up giving it to my house keeper who has a size 6 in shoe. I wear a size 9 in us. They are beautiful but I wish they fit normally.

Great customer service, but not what I wanted
First of all, this company’s response to my complaint has been nothing but positive. But, unfortunately, the sneakers I purchased are not wearable. I measured my foot as instructed and chose the size recommended. The sneaker(Toi and Moi) is extremely tight, it’s putting pressure on my small toes and the toes are hitting the front of the sneaker, so I would say they are too small. I wore them around the house at first to see how they felt, then I made the mistake and wore them outside to dinner and the soles got soiled. I sent an email asking if I could return them because they can’t be worn because of the pain and the answer was no, not if I wore them.I’m sure I could have scrubbed the soles, but I wanted to be honest about wearing them outside. I have done everything to make them wearable….wearing two socks, using a hairdryer to stretch them, but they just won’t stop hurting. I even tried to wear them just to the movies last night and had to take them off because of the pain. They will not take them back for a different size because they have been worn, I understand that, accept that, but I don’t see how a customer would know if a sneaker is going to be comfortable unless they wear them. The company has been extremely responsive and I appreciate that. The sneakers are so fashionable, but useless. I so wish that I would wear them!
Edit: I have been offered an “archived” sneaker in a different size for a significantly less price and will take advantage of this offer. I cannot say enough positive things about their customer service, just be very careful of the size.

Unfortunately, I’m disappointed with my purchase. The shoes arrived with visible stains on the white fabric. In addition, the stitching and overall finishing are below expectations, and the logo is not placed in the same position on both shoes. Overall, the quality does not meet my expectations and certainly does not justify the high price or the long wait. I expected a premium product, but instead received a pair with obvious quality control issues. This level of craftsmanship is unacceptable for a brand-new item.
