Extremely unprofessional and beyond frustrating. I requested a refund and they kept ignoring my request by sending me automated emails saying I contacted them "by mistake". They sent me the same email multiple times. As if my fingers slipped and I somehow wrote an email. Definitely a scam. This is proof that you cannot trust any online classes.

On this platform I found courses that were not common to find and with incredible quality, I never had any problems and it was one of the tools that I am most proud to be a part of.

I finally purchased the Annual DMC membership in December 2024 – I couldn’t pass up the sale or that Lisa Howell, Physiotherapist was their newest presenter with “The Science of Turnout.” Since joining, I’ve been primarily doing the Workouts for Dancers and find that I’ve already gained a lot of strength and stability. This has improved my turns, balance, developpes and best of all has decreased the pain in my sacroiliac joints and deep hip rotators (I have a long history of instability and pain in these areas). In the Workout section of the DMC site – you can search by Training Type e.g., Feet, Core, Turnout etc. and by Time. I love the novel exercises – which are great for your brain and body – and they’re designed for the unique needs of dancers.
A couple weeks ago I did a Feedback call with Caspar Hees (Co-founder of DMC) and found him extremely receptive to feedback and with a genuine desire to learn more and reach more dancers.
Where do I fit into DMC? I did a little ballet and jazz- just for fun – back in my late teens/early 20s. I’m now 65 years old and returned to ballet at 55. Trying to stay in shape and attend ballet classes has been a personal challenge for me since 2020. Since starting my DMC membership – where I can individualize my activity each day – has given me a lot of hope in my ability to keep dancing!

DanceMasterclass offers excellent content crafted by professional dancers, making it a truly valuable resource for anyone passionate about ballet. Essendo comunque una persona che lavora nel settore danza, non fatico a seguire le classi, anzi, sono estremamente soddisfatta della qualità del servizio! Contenuti utili, spunti creativi interessanti, e che consentono di accedere all’esperienza di danzatori professionisti che difficilmente avremmo potuto raggiungere in altra maniera!

It is an app that you can really tell is designed for dancers who are interested in learning beyond technique regardless of their level. Different styles of dance can be found, ranging from practice to theory.
The aesthetics, image quality and content make the classes very pleasant both visually and audibly.
I consider it valuable that upon completing the practical class modules, a test can be taken to obtain a certificate to validate what has been learned.
It also offers materials in PDF format that help complement and condense the content learned during classes.

I love the variety of classes available - they cover the physical as well as the mental side of dance and really teach about the mechanics of it so you really get a rounded understanding of everything. The features are great and really help with planning goals and scheduling out activities to achieve those goals. I look forward to the growth of this website and many more classes to come!

This is an update review - I was attracted to the app by the dancer-focused strengthening and flexibility exercises and are satisfied with the quality of the classes after 2 weeks’ use. The full membership also includes a lot of content from choreography, technique to theory which is truly unique.

I signed up for a membership on website but was not able to manage subscription either inside the app or on the webpage opened up through a link in the app (nowhere to put in login details). I received no reply from the advertised help email for a few days but was eventually contacted after i wrote a disappointing review. Since then, the customer service has been attentive and offered compensation for my bad experience which is much appreciated.

Not being able to manage subscription after you’ve given out credit card details is something no one wants to deal with when trying out a new app. Currently i’m only able to manage subscription when signing in on desktop but not on app. Hope the app development team is able to fix the app bug soon, so that more users can experience what the app has to offer hassle-free.

I’ve been using Dance Masterclass, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The quality of the videos is outstanding, with top-tier production value that makes every class feel immersive and professional.

DANCE MASTERCLASS IS A GREAT COMPANY TO WORK WITH. I HAD AN ISSUE WITH SIGNING IN, AND THEY GOT BACK TO ME QUICKLY. I LOVE ALL CLASSES AND CAN'T WAIT FOR NEW CLASSES TO BE ADDED. I WOULD LOVE TO SEE A CLASS FROM MISTY COPELAND. I LOVE THE ANATOMY AND BALLET CLASSES A LOT. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS AMAZING PLATFORM FOR DANCERS! Dance Masterclass is such a treasure for dancers! A great collection of classes for any type of dancers, especially those who never get enough new information to improving their skills. Either if you want to introduce new routines to your daily training or if you want to keep a sort of "manual" to consult every now and then on specific issues this is for you.

Beautiful, useful videos, very pleasing to the eye and artistic, with amazing information. Just from watching one video on how to train better, I learned how to vastly improve my posture, just in every day life. I am very impressed. I only recently subscribed, and am now sick in bed, so just watching theoretical videos for now, and I'm already soooo impressed. I was not contacted by the company in any manner to write this review.
