Dako Furniture Ltd Anmeldelser

Excellent Service.
Came well packed and at the time I was expecting it.
Easy to assemble compared to other flat packs I’ve done.
Looks fantastic.

The quality of the wardrobe is very good. I love how spacious it is 😃 I'm glad I got it, it looks amazing.
*Note: It took almost all day to assemble it and the instructions are not very straight forward. Also, ensure you have enough space as you have to build it on the floor and lift it up after.

The item itself is good, however I don't approve of kerbside delivery especially as a single mother I had to drag the sofa boxes up the stairs to my flat. Please provide door delivery service as vulnerable people like myself love your products but shame about kerbside delivery. I did ask the delivery driver to help, but he said no! Please improve and change delivery service otherwise good!

Brilliant service the furniture we brought was lovely worth every penny still a good price as well

I was so skeptical ordering from here after reading some reviews however I am very glad I just went with it!

Amazing customer service and clear communication when I needed help placing my order.

My new sofa came within a few days after placing the order. I was given a delivery date and they delivered on time! The delivery driver was lovely and efficient.

The sofa is amazing quality! Everyone compliments it. They even threw in a couple of free gifts! A goodie bags full sweets and chocolates and a lovely cosy blanket! Brilliant customer service! Will definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Thank you Dako!

I look forward to ordering from you again in the near future!

The pictures in the website does not do this furniture justice honestly it's absolutely lovely looks great in the garden , only issue putting the feet on the base was a bit tricky but worth it in the end

Very quick delivery. The assembly was excellent and only taken 2 hours by one man. It could have taken me weeks to do. Highly recommended add on! This is my second wardrobe bought with Dako and very pleased with the product. Will definitely buy again.

Purchased double ottoman bed (Ethan) for my daughter. She loves it! The bed works well and looks great!
The service was very professional. Smooth delivery booking and delivered ontime. Polite and helpful drop off. Thank you! 😊

Well made and stylish. Excellent value.

driver dropped it around the back

Perfect item, excellent quality, cost was very reasonable. Really nice delivery driver. Gifts were unexpected, not normal these days, thank you.

From start to finish the whole process was amazing.
Kept informed all the time, and delivery driver was very polite and helpful.
The whole process was so easy yet professional.
Will definitely use again and recommend this company.

Excellent service ordered these for much elderly mother she was highly delighted with the delivery man especially as he brought her a gift of sweets and a blanket and left the boxes inside for her .
Lovely table and chairs

Good price, easy to intall by one person, decent quality fast delivery and delivery man veŕy nice and polite
higly recomended this company

Good quality item, great price, delivery service was good but like most delivery companies the window of 9 to 3 with all the technology available is not good.
Lovely touch with the complimentary blanket and little bag of chocolates and pen was a lovely touch.
The delivery guy was really pleasant all in all a great service

Great chairs. Perfect for outdoors. Great quality and very comfortable.

What a lovely company. There aren't many businesses like this left these days. They respect and value their customers. I bought just one item but they made me feel so special. Their products are great quality and very good value. Good, honest businesses like them have become so rare sadly.

Order process and delivery was smooth and seamless. Sofa was easy to install. Only the seat feels less dense hence you can feel the straps underneath. Overall, it works for our conservatory space and comes with a complimentary matching throw blanket.

Sent the wrong item, and still waiting 3 months later for the correct item to be sent!

Sofa ordered is comfortable and good quality. However there are missing parts, issue still not resolved, customer service is poorly managed.
