Ordered one of their tops last year in sept, got an email in nov saying it’s delayed bc of covid but I was ok to wait. Still hasn’t arrived and so I emailed asking about it and didn’t get a reply, sent a msg on IG a week later and they saw it but didn’t reply. Messaged 2 more times and they saw and didn’t reply. Really worried it will never come and then I’ve lost $295..

A brand made for influencers, not actual paying customers.
I’ve been a longtime fan of Renee Fox’ designs, and I own at least 10 pieces from Daisy, but I’ve just about had it with their customer service and will no longer purchase from them. I’ve been purchasing from them directly for years, and the only good purchase I made was when I acquired one of their pieces from opening ceremony instead.
I believe the brand simply does not employ any staff as the founding couple wants to keep the business close to them. But considering the growing demand for their pieces, you would think that they’d expand their service and logistics. They simply refuse to improve their services.
My friend knowing how much I love their designs had recently preordered 2 tops for me in early September, only to have received an email a month ago that one of the tops could not be fulfilled. To make things more frustrating, the top that I received had missing embellishments on it.
I understand that the pandemic has had serious implications on businesses, but their service has ALWAYS been as awful as this prior to the pandemic. And knowing how awful their customer service is, I truly doubt that I’ll manage to exchange the top for another due to their slow communication.
Yet, I keep seeing the founding couple’s friends, influencers and celebrities flaunting the top I had preordered and got cancelled on right after they had launched. Sure, it’s great that the brand gets PR from Bella Hadid wearing their pieces, but what good does it do to them when their own loyal paying customers can’t even acquire pieces from them?
I truly believe that they should just find an online stockist similar to opening ceremony, because the brand is incapable of handling shipments and communicating with actual customers directly. If not, sticking to being a brand that exclusively provides to friends and influencers is better so that I won’t feel like this brand hates me for trying to acquire their pieces.

Spend 3000 to not have half my items sent, not replied to, then get refunded for the rest without asking when i have been waiting over 3 months for these items.
Weeks with no response from customer service, order "canceled" without consent, refund not issued. I just want the dress that I paid for, please.
I placed an order for a dress that I very much wanted back in early September, shortly after it first went on preorder. I emailed several times over the past few weeks seeking to get an update on when it might ship just for informational purposes and got no response until yesterday. I never requested for the order to be canceled or indicated that I would not wait longer for the dress -- I am, and was, happy to keep waiting. I just wanted to be sure that I would receive the dress and clarify an email I had received about a shipment delay on one of my orders (I had placed two separate orders in early September, and neither has shipped).
Whomever responded to my inquiry abruptly canceled my order yesterday, though I had not requested a cancellation. I was only notified that this had been done after the cancellation had been made, so I wasn't able to intervene. As soon as I saw that the order had been canceled, I emailed back right away to express that I did not want the order canceled and to ask if anything could be done to reverse it. The cancellation email I received said "we did not have enough stock to fulfill your order," but that can't be right as it was a preorder made months before in early September, soon after the preorders first opened for the item on the website.
I pointed out to the customer service rep (whose name I do not know, as the emails are not signed) that the dress I had preordered months ago in September was still available for preorder on the website yesterday afternoon after they canceled my order, and asked if I would need to place a new order since my order had been inadvertently canceled. The person who responded to me said that I could place a new order for the dress and that it would ship in early December. But then, when I went to place my new order less than an hour later, the dress was marked "SOLD OUT" on the website. I emailed back asking if the original order cancellation that I had not requested could be reversed, but have not yet received a response.
I know that preorders were still open as of yesterday afternoon, so many more people must have placed orders after me, since my order was confirmed and paid on Sept. 11. I didn't want my order canceled nor did I request it. I have asked repeatedly if someone can help me resolve this issue and reinstate my original order, reverse the cancellation or help me place a new order, and have not gotten a response.
Also, the person who canceled my order without my consent said that my money had been refunded, but it hasn't. They still have all of the AUD $395.00 that I paid. In any case, I never wanted a refund -- I still want the dress that I paid for, and I would be happy to amend this review if this situation is resolved.
Update: It seems that I am not the only one who has been taken advantage of by this company. You can find a page of almost entirely one-star reviews under their previous website URL daisydaisy.tv, with several others describing the exact same situation as I have.
