Convenient
I like the convenience of accessing my pay after shifts. There is a few to move money if you want it quickly, however, if you are budgeting and in no rush, it's free!
There is also the option to split your money into different accounts and even set us a small saving account. I have not used it yet and not 100% sure how it works, but the options are nice.

If i could give a negative number I would. They charge extra for certain things then tell you its been refunded and it never was. Just had them take 72 dollars out of me supposedly it was refunded back and it was not as i keep track of my money. So I work very hard for that small amount and now I am out that money after chasing it for a month and had multiple people tell me different things several days in a row. So beyond pissed off........

Its not great. Its ok. The only thing I dont like is the fees. I dont know why I have to pay twice. You take a fee for getting my money early and then another fee when I pay it back.

I like everything about Daily Pay
I like everything about Daily Pay. I like that I didn’t need to do anything to enroll, and I have access to all my paystubs. I know which check it’s pulling from, and I like that it’s money I’ve already earned. It’s very helpful.

It’s been over 24 hours since I was supposed to receive my daily earnings. I try to talk to somebody and ask them where is my earnings and I’m not getting a straight answer. I’ll text for a minute and then they stop texting you back. They’re just go silent. They don’t help you out at all. They can’t explain anything to you.. I’m a missing a day and a half of my earnings and it’s bullshit. DailyPay is a crock of shit. If you wanna know what it’s like getting bent over and getting screwed go with DailyPay.

Employees don’t know how to do their job and they’re very rude
One day, my balance that I was able to transfer was like $92 the next day it was less than that. They didn’t add what I earned. They subtracted it and when I called, they just kept telling me fluctuation, which made no sense to me they need to have a better way of explaining it. Basically they’re telling me if I had transferred the money the day before I would’ve been able to get $92 but by waiting and another day, I was only able to get $63. That makes no sense to me when I worked more hours, so I should have more money added to it. Then when I asked to talk to somebody else, he told me I could hang up and call back to talk to somebody else and then I demanded to talk to a supervisor finally he did transfer me to a supervisor.
