Terrible company
Outsourced customer service. Read off prompts and are zero help. Everything is a system error with no substance in a response. They tell you to wait until payday which makes their service absolutely pointless. Scam company.

Very easy to follow, very easy to use, helps me when I really need to take money for a bill, overall best thing I could have from my job. Sometimes we can't wait two weeks to pay a bill that's due today and this program is excellent for that. Thank you

What DailyPay does for me and why I like it.
You show me what is available and when. I generally can wait the couple of days to avoid paying fees but it's nice to know that in a true crunch time I can have it virtually immediately. It's a nice simple request methodology. You can also tag team other software that allows for small investing to build something bigger down the road.

To be able to continue to provide you with this service, we do need to charge a small fee for instant transfers. This ensures that we can continue to support you and provide you with the gold standard level of service we are known for. Next day transfers are free, we don’t charge for those 😃
