On rare occasions, a winning bidder may fail to complete payment - this is an industry wide challenge faced by all auction platforms globally, not specific to DaaZ. In such cases, we take strict action, including permanently banning non paying bidders from the platform.

They would not response any useful information for the API not working issue!
Their customer support disappeared with nothing and left the API issue continues for years.

And they said they were doing upgrade and need two weeks time to fixed. they closed my ticket without anything

The domain purchase process was really simple, smooth and super fast. I got the domain transferred to my account within 2 hours. I was thinking it would take about a week. I was pleasantly surprised that the process took just about 2 hours.

The domain was purchased on 26 January, and the transfer code with full instructions was shared within 30 minutes. The transfer was initiated immediately by you and completed in 5 days. This timeframe is dictated entirely by the losing registrar, and in this case One.com does not support immediate domain release or manual acceleration.
From an industry standpoint, a completed transfer from One.com to another registrar within 5 days is considered standard and efficient.
While we understand the eagerness to receive a domain quickly, certain registrar policies are beyond the control of any marketplace or transfer facilitator. Our support team provided accurate information based on those constraints and ensured the process completed correctly.
