Good service, but little unexpected fee for Escrow
I was getting contacted by a forwarded email that a potential buyer was interested in my domain. The following communication was quick, helpful and friendly. The process of negotiating a deal via the DomainAgents platform was very easy and straightforward. The handover of the domain/payment via Escrow.com worked like a charm, too and I received my payout quickly. As a seller, I would recommend– but you should know that there’s a 20 dollar fee that gets deducted from the agreed price. I’d suggest DomainAgents to inform potential sellers about that. Still, the service was very good. Thanks!

Great service will use them again!
Would have given 5stars except when I had issues, (at a critical time in the process), and my email sending service was not working, I tried contacting them via their web contact form, (multiple times), I had NO replies from them it was obvious that no-one was monitoring or passing on this information.

Good, Except for Customer Service Time Zones
Overall the experience was ok. They delivered on their commitment to sell my domain and make sure I got paid. What was frustrating was the the person I was assigned during my escrow process was based in Europe (I'm 95% sure) and so wasn't available after about noon CST. Since both clients were in the US, this was really unhelpful.

They arranged the entire thing, emailing me the next step once me and the buyer both completed our ends.
Domain was transferred and money was in my account that day. Incredible service.
