We are very pleased with the quality, practicality, design of Bob the mini-dishwasher, it is saving us so much time and the dishes are very clean with the Bob cassettes, however we need to lightly scrub the mugs tea stains beforehand, because they are not entirely removed after the daily cycle. Overall, Bob is very good and so easy to use particularly with the cassettes. The small negative point is the time that it takes to fill in Bob with the carafe, but we have worked it out to do in different times not at once, because it can feel slightly lengthy to do so.

Bob dishwasher is wonderful (I don’t use the WiFi).

At first I thought that this was a bit expensive but bought it anyway. I'm so glad I did! I don't have room for a standart-sized machine, so "Bob" sits in the bunker near the sink.
It can be plumbed in, but I choose to fill it manually using the jug supplied. I almost always use the fast cycle, 20 minutes. Everything comes out spotlessly clean, even the very stained mugs. So much better than hand washing, and so much better for the environment.
Ideal for one or two people. Highly recommended!

If you have the space for a compact or full size dishwasher, my advice would be to go for it! If you are really tight for space this will help with your dishwashing if you are single or maybe a couple. The performance is not as good as a full-size dishwasher, the cartridge system makes it quite expensive to run and being very compact you can't always fit bigger items in. So bearing in mind the limitations, it is quite innovative in that you don't have to plumb it in and it's very compact and the UV sterilisation option could be useful.

My bob dishwasher was left out at the front of my house when it was delivered only because I have good neighbours and security cameras did I get it at all. Then the uk customs came on me for import money. too late, you delivered it... Now my bob dishwasher, for some reason, will not work from its internal water tank. But apart from those things, it's decent ( apart from it not working) 😑

I absolutely love my Bob dishwasher, it has made life so much easier! It looks great and does exactly what it needs to do. It is very low maintenance and even gives you a little prompt when it's time to clean filters etc. I don't use the Bob cassettes and after trying the tablets they sent I decided not to use those either as they do leave a little residue. I use Smol tablets after seeing a review on here and they work really well for me. Instead of the rock and roll cassette I use the dishwasher cleaning bottles you can get in the supermarkets. I dropped a star because it did take a while to come and I had to contact customer services for an update, but I think that was because I pre-ordered my machine. I also dropped a star because the tablets they supplied aren't great. Overall, I am thrilled with my purchase and would highly recommend one for anyone who lives by themselves or needs something small on a trip away!

Good product which unfortunately developed a fault after a few weeks. Had to be shipped back to France and returned. This was managed efficiently.

It took a little while to work out how to best use the Bob but ….it is singularly brilliant. My only point to Daan is this: it is difficult to contact the company for general advice on the Bob - that is particularly important when getting the machine up and running. But overall I highly recommend the Bob!

We ordered Bob on pre-order. We're delighted with the product, but the service hasn't always been the best - we were an early UK backer and some questions I asked the team weren't answered very well (eg. they were sure that Brexit wouldn't cause any issues, when it did complicate things) and I'm still not sure how I can get my empty washing liquid cassettes back to them as the system is entirely set up for those living in France. I've tried asking but not had any luck!

I have a tiny kitchen so not room for a standard dishwasher, so is ideal. Other small ones I looked at weren’t very tall and so wouldn’t take standard dinner plates, but Bob does 😀
Only negative is I had to pay customs charge but that’s a result of Brexit 😢

Very happy with my Bob Dishwaser. Have been using it for almost a year now and it's saved me so much time and energy doing all the washing up by hand and it fits perfectly in my tiny kitchen!

Took a while from ordering to delivery but this is apparently due to machines being built according to demand and, no doubt, covid had some impact on delivery times. In spite of this, my Bob was delivered before Christmas which was very much appreciated.
Delivery a little expensive at £40 and then a further £60 duty and taxes had to be paid before Bob could be delivered to my door. Well worth it though

Great product. Let's you add custom programmes and you can also use regular dishwasher tablets with good results. Only niggle is occasionally it has a blip and has to be turned off and on to reset.

Excellent small worktop size dishwasher called Bob by Daan tech company who made it. but not so keen on custom charges I incurred because we are no longer part of EU! Daan tech need to find stockists in UK to avoid such charges.simple operation but couldn't download the app to allow me to customise the dishwasher! Has helped the environment but only using on average 2.9 litres per wash couldnt use that little water washing up by hand.quiet when in use and can be filled with a 3 jugs of water approx so doesn't have to be plumbed into a main water supply but can be attached to mains water supply of you have some plumbing knowledge and the drainage water pipe can be placed in washing machine waste water trap to empty out the used dirty water. I use a small amount of Finish dishwasher powder as you can't get the refill cartridges in the UK only from France and this wouldn't be cost effective (just pour a small amount of dishwasher powder in base of dishwasher itself).NB mains cable is short at 1.5 metres and will only just reach from my wall socket. not keen on using an extension lead incase I spill water on it whilst filling Bob's water tank.been a boon to me as a disabled lady so I only have to wash up stuff you can't put in a dishwasher like wooden items as they're a fire risk when the steam cycle starts.i have learned you can stack items on top of each other.if heavily soiled use the longer wash cycle to guarantee items are 100% clean.wish other manufacturers would make a mini dishwasher as we all haven't got the space for a regular sized undercounter machine. custom colours take longer to ship and cost extra. Comes in 3 standard colours at no extra cost.

Compact and works brilliantly. Perfect if you have limited space or you only have small amounts to wash.

Glad I purchased a 'BOB' wish I had realised how expensive the import charges were though, I will need to buy cartridges soon can only get them from France, wondering how much the charges will be. The dishwasher itself looks nice, definitely would recommend.

My BOB dishwasher arrived faulty, however Daan Tech did eventually agree to send a replacement which I am very grateful for.
Only time will tell as to it's functionality and reliability.
I am now awaiting collection of the faulty machine.
