Cycling 2000 Anmeldelser

Dave and the team go above and beyond, and it’s why I’ve purchased 6 bikes off them over the last few years. Cannot recommend them highly enough, never try to sell you something just offer advice and guidance and alternatives at the same or similar price point. Cav was also very attentive and engaged my son to understand his requirements rather than what dad thought he might’ve needed!

Great, polite staff. New bike set up to an excellent standard. Had a few minor issues and the company went above and beyond to resolve them. Thank you.

Made my first purchase from these guys recently. They were very helpful and knowledgeable and bought a nice bike at a very good price.

Great bike! But paint is not a perfect protracted. Easy to get a scratch.

Excellent service. Really quick delivery. There was a slight issue with the model I had ordered, they called me straight away told me my options and we got it sorted with no delay or issues.

Had my ebike serviced at the Lichfield bike branch. Very professional job done by a local family business. Brilliant

Great service, great bike and arrived in a very timely manner.

I was kept up to date throughout in terms of ordering and shipping.

Great support! The sales team got in contact with me before and after delivery. Super fast process! I could not be happier! Bike is also amazing!

Easy process - the bike was posted to me and was not too difficult to put together

We couldn't have received better customer service! I had been searching for a specific bike online for my daughter, Cycling 2000 released it for delivery for us as we live far from the shop and gave such a personal touch. Even followed up with 'how to' instructions and recommendations. Definitely recommend!

Great service! Everything went smoothly.
Happy Son, with his new bike!

Great bike and great service. Would definitely use again.

Ordered a bike for my daughter online and collected it a couple of days later. Bike was all built and staff were really helpful. Great service.

Amazing Service from Cycling 2000! I had been searching for a Bike for weeks due to there being a shortage through lockdown. I found the Bike I’d been looking for on their Website and the process was so easy and hassle free! I collected the Bike within a few days of ordering. The chap me and my partner spoke to in the shop was extremely knowledgeable. The Bike is perfect and I’ve had no faults with it. Brilliant service, would recommend.

I ordered my bike online and it was dispatched very quickly and arrived within days. I had a few queries about my order and the customer service was wonderful, both over the phone and via email!

Needed some tyres for my bike but wasn’t sure which to choose, after speaking to The team at cycling 2000 I was able to make an informed decision about the best tyres for me. The staff were very friendly and helpful with a whole wealth of bike related knowledge 10/10 would recommend.

Great service, good knowledge and advice on what best suited our purchase.
