Cycle King Anmeldelser

Popped in as a last resort looking for a very specfic dowel nut. Had tried several local and well known bike shops where no one had s clue what the part was and jusgs ent us in our way. Once again they didnt know what it was, but they spent the time searching google and even finding somehwere we could order the part online. They were so incredibly helpful.

Ordered a front bike basket really useful lightweight handy it clips on and off .and it really adds to Dutch look of my bicycle

Extremely happy with the service and support given ahead of the purchase and then the pick up was quick and very smooth, overall a very professional service.

Bike came on time as stated good courier and undamaged. Good experience

Easy ordering process. Kept informed of progress of order and was delivered on time.
Saddle is perfect for the bike it is going on to!
Many Thanks.

Great service and excellent customer care. I was in a RTC and my mountain bike wheels got buckled and so I took both wheels into netherfield store and the mechanic repaired them for me within a couple of days and did an amazing job. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for specialist service, much better than Halfords or anywhere else I tried. I will definitely be using this company again and a big thankyou to all the staff there.

We called in earlier as my little granddaughter’s gears weren’t changing. They took a look at her bike straight away as she was only staying overnight, identified the issue and gave me the options clearly. They adjusted her gears. We left as 2 very happy customers. While we waited we looked round at the great range of bikes. Thank you.

Great customer service.
Are son loves his new bike.
Thankyou.

Ordered a click and collect from the Oxford store, travelled in by bus, only to find the item had not been sent, no one bothered letting me know, complete waste of my time.

I took two kids bikes in to get looked at and the level of service was incredible! Dave was so friendly - he talked me through everything he was doing and why, but the thing that really shone through was his passion for getting kids out on bikes. It was wonderful to find someone who is so passionate about their job, and the bikes have been working perfectly ever since : )

Really helpful couple of lads would definitely recommend

was impressed with the help and service I got when I was there

Great service and price, got my bike back on the road

Visited this shop on the bank holiday looking for a ladies' bike and spoke to a very helpful and knowledgeable gentleman who took the time to explain bits and pieces to me clearly and without making me feel silly for asking/not knowing. Fantastic customer service and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this shop.

It was hard to find the wheel I was looking for elsewhere with the 26x1 3/8 dimension. Ordered it online and the right wheel came on time and true.

Came quick and on time just what my husband wanted great customer service

A huge thank you to the staff at Cycle King Rochester. I had an issue with my bike whilst doing a coast to coast ride. I popped in to Cycle King and the staff couldn't have been more helpful in getting me back on the road straight away.

Click and collect purchase, very prompt response.

Slight delay in postage due to low stock but as described, well packaged. Recommended.
