Good price , minimal assembly. quick delivery, well packaged. Good communication very happy with my Raleigh Chopper

Very happy with my son's purchase of a dropper post. It was slightly more than on another site ,but when I looked at their trust pilot reviews , I avoided and ordered from here instead!! Excellent service, delivery was supper quick and I've got a very happy son!

Easy order process, good value product and timely delivery.

So pleased with this purchase. Arrived on time. Assembly was easy but more importantly my Grandson loves it. A lovely sturdy bike and looks good too. Would come back to buy his next bike. Service was brilliant no issues.

Straightforward online transaction to buy 3 bike tyres.

Good website, quick service.

Great communication throughout. Really lovely items which were packaged well and sent promptly. Thank you! Will definitely buy again 👍🏻

Assembly was fairly straight forward, although I did have to YouTube how to put in the front tyre. The instruction manual didn't really help with this part.

The bike is otherwise in good condition, tyres pumped up and my kids love it

Great communication both pre and post online ordering. Then offered to assemble in store if we wanted to collect. Great onshore customer service and assistance.

Easy ordering, fast delivery great price👍

Good service, will use again if building old stuff.

Excellent customer service, indexed my gears on a busy Sunday morning (with no appt) and didn't charge - just suggested we leave a review online!

Excellent experience from start to end. So helpful whenever I called up and were genuine too. Called me up after purchase and to let me know my bike was ready. Took plenty of time in the shop to explain everything.

I came for help with seat they didn't charged me and they fixed it
It is a nice service
Thank you so much

They did a very professional service and repair on my old giant bike very professional

Just the best - they sorted my tyre & gave me free tools!
Great team, great shop!

The staff were so helpful, offering to fit the part that I ordered while I waited, despite being very busy. Super helpful and first rate service - it’s a shame there aren’t more shops like Cycle King. They were also really knowledgeable when I called and asked for some advice.

No hand book no remote as advertised

Great service and communication from this company. Delighted with my purchase which was competitively priced . Would definitely recommend and use this company again.
