Way ordering and kept up to date with order throughout

Rear MTB wheel, presumably made to order. Everything spot on, thanks

Excellent service and value, arrived as expected and on time.

Excellent customer support!!
I had a minor trouble, so I inquired via email within the day the product arrived. I received a call first thing in the next morning and the issue was solved :)
The product works perfectly!!
I was impressed by the kind, sincere and effective service!!

Went to see bike at Croydon shop but none on display but Thomas got one unboxed for me to look at, I went home to ponder on it, went for it and ordered it online for Rochester shop delivery . Billy served me on pick, his and Thomas were both outstanding, I have many bikes but this being my first electric I was apprehensive but I got it home fitted my crank shortner as I'm partially disabled and went out on my first jaunt. Should I have bought this bike... NO because I can't leave it alone... It's amazing, making my mobility so so much better, it's a great piece of kit and even looks fabulous. I'm totally smitten with it. Waffle waffle... Sorry cycle king ten out of ten. Outstanding service.

Very quick delivery and a great bike that our little boy loved.

Communication with company was great, order delivered on time and at a good price

Very prompt service and quality products will definitely buy again

Brilliant service , really helpful and would recommend to anyone

Bury St Edmunds store is excellent for service!

We went to a few large retailers so our soon to be 10year old daughter could pick a bike for her present. We found nothing!
Then came here, the staff were extremely helpful/knowledgeable & she found the perfect bike which she is over the moon with! This proper bike shop is an appsolute gem & will definitely go back for any future purchases. Thankyou

Had a few issues with the first delivery but the team was ON IT immediately and accepted a replacement option.
Thanks for the patience and support

Truly awesome team! They know what they’re doing, quick to answer questions and give the best recommendations. Everyone is so kind and friendly I couldn’t have had a better experience. I really recommend this bike shop

Super fast click-and-collect, and helpful staff made sure helmet fitted before I took the order away. Would definitely shop here again.

I’ve used this shop many times, for a variety of things, including buying an electric bike, repairs I’ve needed, maintenance and upkeep, service. And every time I’ve been in, every staff member is always extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable with anything I need. Without taking away from other members of staff, I need to mention a few by name because they always go the extra mile, without fail. So I’d like to thank and mention Adam, Jimbo, James, Ethan and Phoenix specifically as these are those who I’ve always had help me beyond what I would say is standard. They are exceptional
