One star is one too many. Cheap is expensive and I wish I checked the reviews before placing my order.
Zipper on one jumpsuit broke on first try.
Another item 9-12 months had a strange fit to it, (too loose at the neck). I threw away all 3 items of my order.

I would give them no star review. Never buy from this site. They did not deliver my order claiming bc they can not contact me (not true). Then they ask me to call the delivery company that are just confirming the address again and again and not delivered again. This is a nightmare experience to buy on line I never had. Terrible. Stay away. I will have to dispute this purchase that was never deliver. I do not have to call the delivery company again and again and wait for 40min to speak to anybody. This your job Cutethee not mine.

Scammers they steal our beautiful product photos, what you see is not what you will get. They make cheap versions of our clothing and use our photos on their website. Very lazy … take your own photos to promote your own cheap garments and don’t steal our photos. Thea With Love

I can’t get in contact with anyone. I have been reaching out via Instagram, email, etc. I ordered an outfit and it has been over 10 days and my order hasn’t updated. No one is responding. I wish I would have researched this company before purchasing.

I placed an order on September 6th and as of today, September 18th, no delivery. I was suspicious so I only placed a small order (less than $50) to see how the customer service and merchandise quality would be. Now I know. I am going to cut my loses and not order from this company again. Judging from the other reviews, I got off easy. I couldn't even find out where this company is based. That should have been the first red flag.

I placed an order in June for a baby outfit with delivery set for 8-15 days. NO DELIVERY AFTER 22 DAYS. I tried to contact the company to no avail. I then read multiple reviews to see I'd been scammed!! No contact and No delivery of product is a RED FLAG for me to let others know, too. DO NOT BUY FROM CUTE THEE!!!

I will never order again from them. They left out two items of my order and refused to replace them unless I sent pictures of all the items received, which is ridiculous. I told them I’ve already given the other items as gifts and I didn’t want to inconvenience my friend to take pictures of their gifts. They insisted that it is the only way they’d send my missing items. They offered a ludicrous small credit under $5 on my next order. I told them I won’t be ordering again. I don’t understand how taking a picture of the items received, process I’m missing other items.

Ordered a gift for Mother’s Day. Came 2 weeks late. When it arrived it was broke in half. They won’t refund my money and are saying to refund my money, I have to ship the broken item back to china which will cost more than what I paid for the item. Don’t buy anything from this website!

Ordered a 2 piece romper suit with matching hat. The description on the website described it as 95% cotton, 5% spandex. When it arrived, the label sewn in the garment said 100% acrylic which seems about right as it is clearly not cotton. When queried with the company, they claimed the garment had been mislabelled, which is nonsense and declined to pay for the return but offered me $8 (even though I ordered from the UK) partial refund.
Another cleverly marketed overseas site selling poor quality imitation clothing. Would definitely avoid.

Was lead to believe would get item before Christmas. Didn't get here till one week later. Other than that product was fine.

The delivery service they used left the package outside my door ( they could have put it in the entry ) the package was stolen within 15 min and neither one of the company’s wanted to do anything about it and this company just stopped answering my emails

Never again! The items looked adorable on instagram but are of very low quality in reality. In order to make a return I have to mail the package to CHINA at my expense.

Never received my items.they dont answer my emails. Total scam.
Do not buy from them.

Shipment came pretty quickly, items were good quality, and the price was reasonable.

When I ordered I accidentally put the wrong house number for delivery. I got in touch with the Chinese company and straightened it out, I thought. The company claims they have not received the returned package. Unless it dropped it the ocean the postal service claims it was returned, this was back in August 2022. To this day the refuse to refund my money. So be very aware before purchasing from CuteThe

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I ordered this Dragon onesie that my husband and I had been eyeing since before my son was born. I decided that I would finally buy it for Christmas. I ordered it 2 weeks before Christmas. Spent around $20. Supposedly it was delivered on the 19th, but was no where to be found. I waited till after the holidays , asked some neighbors, asked the post office and looked everywhere. Finally decided to message them to see about getting a replacement or a refund. They have literally asked me 3 times to do exactly what I already did and ignored me when I told them I already did that. Then finally, they tell me I have to go to the post office and get some certificate of proof that it wasn't delivered. Like are kidding me?!?! You think I'm trying to scam you out of money or something? Why the heck would I ask for a replacement if I was lying?! What am I going to do with a second onesie??!?!

I order ny shoes inthe begin of March it is now April and I have not received anything is hasn't been shipped as of yet......wanted to wear the shoes for my birthday so now I have to change my outfit so pissed 🙃

I will be checking reviews before I buy from now on.

I placed an order with Cute Thee, unaware that the company was based in China, back in September of 2021 and have yet to receive the items or a refund.

At first the customer service was really responsive. The fault in the beginning was mine I had recently moved and the address was incorrect, still customer service assured me that they would re-send the item to the correct address. However, now, as the time has gone on I still await a resolution. I no longer want the items, but would accept them. I also would accept a refund, but though I have an entire string of emails I am left still without product or any resolution except "deal with it". So, while I have no experience with the product quality (which I can now see from other reviews is also lacking) I do know Cute Thee Customer Service is unable/unwilling to serve.

I do not recommend.

VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED. Ordered over a month ago and still have not received my order. My so called receipt they emailed me came basically blank with NO ORDER NUMBERS, PHONE NUMBER OR ANYTHING! NOT EVEN THE COMPANY NAME, JUST A PICTURE OF THE MERCHANDISE I ORDERED. Will NOT be ordering from here again. I hope I can delete the website off all my devices!!!!!!
