Total Scam!! Sneaky little a-holes. I never got my product and they also never charged me for my purchase. Thought i was in the clear. Sneaky sneaky…they waited a month and tried hitting my card for two transactions for $700 towards kitchen products. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS WEBSITE

When I tried to pay for something with Paypal I got an error message saying the payment method was not valid and to try a different credit card. BIG RED FLAG. Then I googled reviews for the company and saw what I suspected, a big fraud.

I was scamed too. The site is still up and thriving. Running a Christmas special. I’ve been waiting a year now for my purchase. The hotel reservations hang up on me too. True evil. Why won’t they get taken down?

Scam, Scam, Scam......

I was suspicious as they stocked products no longer available at below wholesale prices. I called their customer support number and got a hotel reservation service. Then I checked the address and it’s actually occupied by an insurance company. This is obviously a scam operation designed to glean your payment information. I wish our government would set up a task force to take down these fraudulent sites. At least there’s a place like Trustpilot to warn people.

Scam, scam, scam. No receipt, no shipping details after purchase. Phone number goes to a hotel reservation site. The transaction had not gone through yet this morning but I saw the other reviews, called my credit card comoany and cancelled the card.

Same as others. I stupidly fell for the site about a month or so ago. I obviously should have researched prior to ordering not after. I did a couple days later and realized I messed up. Put alerts on the credit card used and sure enough, this morning a fraudulent charge tried to go through for almost $400. Luckily my credit card caught it immediately and contacted me. Card was cancelled and a new one issued. I've reported the site but nothing has happened. It's still up and running.

Like many others here I fell for this scam thinking it was a legit website. I recommend you immediately report your credit card used as lost or stolen as this site collects that data and will sell it on the dark web.

Thank you TrustPilot. I saw Xdc depot’s great sale 2 days ago but when I looked again for it yesterday couldn’t find it. Obviously it was deleted by Google? But found it again today. Their price was 30-40% cheaper than other (well known) companies plus they offered. 20% off for new customers. Great deal! Was about to order LOTS of stuff to take advantage of the 20% off when I luckily came across a review saying this company is a scam!

Forgot the old adage that if a deal appears too good to be true it likely isn’t true. So thank you TrustPilot — never put in my order so I didn’t have to fight to get money back and didn’t have to close out credit cards, etc.

The Justice Department and the IRS should prosecute these SOBs and lock them up for 20+ years!

Paid for my order, received no confirmation email. On website, it says order complete. Emailed them. No response. Tried calling. Phone number given was wrong. I see other people have had or are having the same issues I am having.

I received order and payment confirmation then never heard from them again. This site is a scam by every definition. It's been months and I've written to them multiple times with no response. AVOID THESE LOSERS!

If I could give it 0 stars, I would! Placed order, nothing happened, nothing shipped, nothing was charged. This is a FAKE COMPANY just masquerading as a real business to get you to place orders by advertising rare/unavailable items that they miraculously have in stock, steal your credit card info, either seller it on the dark web or use it themselves at some later date if you don't cancel your credit card. I found later that they (or someone they sold my CC info to) tried placing a fraudulent order on Walmart, which I caught quickly and cancelled, since they stupidly used my email address to send the order confirmation to. Not even good criminals at best. THESE ARE BAD PEOPLE!

I ordered a DeWalt battery for my electric mower and I have not received it didn't get an email and I call the number that's on the website and it's not even associated with their website some kind of booking agency and when I go to track my order it says 404 oops this cannot be found.

I'm kicking myself that I ordered from this fake 'company' without researching them first. They claimed to stock an item that is now discontinued & I couldn't find anywhere else. I never received a confirmation email, let alone a shipping notice by day 6. Called their ph #, only to get a message re: hotel reservations. Frantic, I then checked trustpilot (which I should have done from the start) to see what experiences others had. After reading reviews & discovering this site is a total scam, I immediately checked my debit card balance & saw thankfully no money had been taken out yet. I rushed to the bank, had my card cancelled & got a new one.
TIP: while at the bank, I was told one way to check the validity of a website before using it, is to look up their physical address on google street view.

I ordered a PM2244 drum sander because Xdc offered the machine for about 25% less than competitors. For an extra $10 they would expedite shipping. I had been looking at this machine for about a year and ordered it for my birthday. Immediately after submitting the order it occurred to me to check the company's reviews. I was forced to cancel my credit card. Some birthday gift. So disappointed.

This company is an absolute scam! Ordered a crockpot that never came, got suspicious when I never received a shipping email. Credit card was never charged though . Here we are 2 month later with fraudulent charges on our credit card . They take your credit card info and sell it to someone else.

The Telephone number on their website is Hilton Hotel and writing to their customer service email on their website will not be answered.

Yes, this is exactly like everyone says. XDC Depot is a scam website. Very smart if you ask me. They showcase products that no longer exist from different companies and claim to have them in stock. Then when you order, nothing happens. No invoice, no emails and they don't charge your card. Then a couple weeks later they'll start using your credit card info to make fraudulent charges. If you ordered something from now, cancel your card and get a new one with new numbers.

Placed an order in May and used a credit card. No email of purchase confirmation or shipment, nor was my credit card charged. But now less than two months later that same credit card had a fraudulent charge, so I had to cancel the card. This is consistent with other customers. Too much of a coincidence with so many people having fraudulent charges after buying on this site. It’s a fake website that is stealing credit card information to use fraudulently.
