Great communication and the drawing was done within 24 hours!

Super quick & it was gorgeous! Will be ordering again!

I love Mel and her shop! I've purchased three portraits from her over the years (all of doggies in our family who have crossed the Rainbow Bridge) and they have all been so wonderful. The turnaround time is so fast and the quality never suffers. I will definitely keep coming to this seller for beautiful and affordable gifts for the pet lovers in my life.

Great service and great product would definitely purchase again.

I ordered a portrait from Mel and 3-4 days later it was already complete. It’s the perfect gift for a couple and I cannot wait to give it to them!

Such a quick turnaround and couldn’t fault the communication! 10/10 thank you so much x

I had a great experience! The portrait was absolutely beautiful. I requested one change, which was adjusted later that day. It is flawless!! Highly recommend — Nina and Mel were kind and helpful.

Beautiful portrait of my friends cat who passed away. They took on board feedback and tweaks, resulting in exactly what I wanted. Very responsive and friendly communication.

We love it! Its absolutely perfect and with a friendly and quick service

Amazing portrait turn out and service!!! Only needed a slight lightening and they were so nice and quick about it! Excited to get more pieces done with them for friends, family and myself!! You won’t regret it!

My custom portrait came out amazing! I had been looking for someone who was willing and able to put all of my lifelong pets into one portrait, despite not having an image of them all together. They did amazing and were even able to work with old, blurry pictures.

Super quick turnaround and did a great job on the cat portrait I got for friends who unexpectedly passed.

We had a great experience with Customportraitshop. We had a portrait made for a retiring colleague. The team came up with a very creative design that reflected all the elements we had proposed. We only did one minor revision. They were also very fast. Thanks so much!

We recently had to put our cat down. She was with us for 15 years. Wanted to do something in the house with her. Came across the Custom Portrait Shop and I'm glad we did. Mel was very easy and pleasant to work with. We had about 5 redoes before we captured our cat Sassy the best. Great prices and customer service was excellent. I. Guessing we will be ordering more in the future, and already have had friends ask where we got it done, because they want one.

Super easy to work with and overall great experience!

Worked with me and the result was perfect!! Couldn’t be happier. Ty for the excellent customer service! And quality picture.

They were quick and polite with correspondence. They read my notes and made exactly what I wanted.

Amazing work! Great communication! Willing to accommodate specific requests and realistic turnaround time.

Such a wonderful experience. My artist took time to clarify my order and it was completed within a couple days. The “Disnefied” cartoon was a tribute to my daughter’s beloved dog she lost last week to cancer, and she was very touched by the gift. Worth every penny, thank you!

This is my third order from Mel! We love working with her, and the end result is amazing!
