Efficient and friendly service. The plumber gave sensible advice and didn't try and solve a problem that could not be solved.

Their service is very slow and expensive.
Our boiler wasn't working. They came very late. Even their office was closed. The engineer couldn't get a quote or part. so had to wait in the cold another day.
Also, they quoted a very high amount and 2 weeks time period. I got it fixed the same day for a third of their quote! Their service is very slow and expensive.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry the price increase came as a surprise and that the AI telephone agent didn’t meet expectations. The cost of the service is displayed before you book as we never want you to feel surprised by the bill. We appreciate you raising this and will take your comments on board as we review the way the cost is displayed.
