We've had a physical presence in Rugby ever since our foundation in 1980, and in that time we've encountered pretty much every problem that can occur with central heating, air conditioning, and domestic appliances. We specialise in all aspects of heating and cooling, including boiler installation, servicing and repair, and air conditioning installation and maintenance. We can also install gas fires and full bathroom suites. Not what they used to be!
Not what they used to be.. last year they were really good, on the ball prompt etc this years boiler service waited in for 5 hours just to be told he wasn't coming very sorry and all that we will book you in for a first appointment between 9.00 & 10.00 in a weeks time, that day came we waited and no one turned up, i called and she said oh sorry but you have been put on an all day slot, someone will be with you between 12.00 and 5.00 … so again another day wasted .. the chap who came was very nice and did his job, but the company as a whole are not good with the admin.. so if you don't mind being messed around then this is the company for you!

Would highly recommend
The booking for our annual boiler service was prompted by Custom heat ..then it was made easy to find a mutually acceptable date and time .Paul the Service Engineer arrived on time , happy to explain aspects of the service and answer any questions about the system to a curious customer. The actual service was carried out extremely efficiently and to a high standard and the service booklet updated too. The invoice was received online within an hour of the job being completed . I love a professional company, especially one that is still family run although expanding fast. Would highly recommend .

Terrible service. Unreliable. Have not turned up on two occasions…
Have not turned up on two occasions they’d agreed. No contact to indicate they would not attend on either occasion despite email to which they never replied.
After 30 minutes of no answer I finally speak to someone who indicated that it had been rescheduled for the following week - they had not contacted me to arrange this.
Terrible service from their scheduling department.
Would not recommend unless you have weeks to wait for them to ‘maybe’ finally turn up and don’t mind wasting days of your time, without contact, waiting for them.
