Very great products at a great price! The website was extremely easy to navigate, spotting the perfect jewelry for me. The shipping and tracking of the product was seamless.

I would strongly advise against ordering from this company. My experience has been extremely disappointing.

I ordered a custom cuff bracelet with engraved coordinates. The product photos on their website clearly show black engraving, which is why I purchased it — I had ordered the same bracelet from them a few years ago and wanted a matching replacement. However, the bracelet I received arrived with colourless engraving, making the coordinates barely visible.

When I raised this with the company, their response was dismissive. Rather than taking responsibility for misleading product images, they insisted the difference was due to "lighting" and engraving variations, despite their listings showing only the black-engraved version. They refused to acknowledge that the item I received did not match what was advertised.

What was most frustrating was not just the product itself, but the complete lack of empathy and accountability in their customer service. They hid behind technical explanations and fine print instead of offering any practical solution (such as a replacement or refund). For a purchase meant as a sentimental anniversary gift, their unwillingness to make things right felt incredibly disappointing and dismissive.

Support doesn’t respond to emails, I paid for a tracking information that hasn’t been updated since August 7, and I have no idea where my anniversary gift is that that’s late. Not to mention they have no physical phone number. Don’t waste your time or money with a company that will not respond or give you information. Then not even deliver the item you’re supposed to have.

Despite ordering my bracelet with expedited shipping and priority order I still did not get my bracelet in time. This is is the worst service and you all should be ashamed of yourselves.

I paid extra for 2-4 day delivery. This is a lie. It has been 5 business days and I do not have the items. I downloaded the app to track the purchase and it doesn't give any details at all; it says no tracking information available . Never again.

På deres hjemmeside ser det ud som om, man skriver én koordinat til hvert armbånd, men systemet opdeler det automatisk og tilføjer etiketter, uden at det bliver tydeligt for kunden. Det er misvisende, og der er ingen forhåndsvisning af, hvordan det endelige design bliver.

Jeg kontaktede deres kundeservice og forklarede fejlen høfligt flere gange. Jeg blev tilbudt 30 % rabat på en ny ordre, selvom fejlen ikke var min. De ville ikke tage ansvar eller tilbyde at rette op på det, og virkede mere optaget af at forsvare deres system end at hjælpe.

I have not received any updated times for when my package will be arriving. I also have not received my package or any updated tracking. Will not be buying again from this website with lack of communication

You guys are lucky to even receive a review from me. I ordered 2 bracelets & 2 necklaces and only received one of the bracelets and 2 necklaces, I reached out to you guys to resolve the issue and I got ghosted. I purchased another bracelet. To replace the one that I didn't receive the first time and didn't receive that bracelet either. I have proof that only 3 of the 4 items came in and I emailed that with my order number. I've been a loyal customer for years. I will not be using customcuff in the future.
