We have booked many holidays with Chamila at LWC. She is an excellent travel advisor, understanding of our needs and able to deliver the holiday we want at the right price. Would highly recommend Chamila and LWC for all your luxury holiday needs.

Chamila was fantastic at helping us orgaise exactly what we wanted, She was patient and very porefessional throughout. I have used LWC a few times and they have constantly delivered the best deals and service....well done!

Jo is fab very responsive helpful and knowledgeable

Thank you for the wonderful trip we have just had to Vietnam. Our agent Joanne Chandler as always arranged yet another fantastic holiday for us

The whole experience was amazing from start to finish.

The transfers and guides were always waiting to welcome us at each location and were all very friendly and helpful.

Even when our flight from Hanoi to Saigon got changed last minute our guide was still there to meet us off our earlier flight we were put on at the last minute.

The guided tours were perfect in both Hanoi and Saigon.

We particularly enjoyed our tour to the tunnels in Saigon.

Our guide Trang was lovely and so informative.

She also gave us some advice and tips on where else to visit as we loved Vietnam so much we would like to return and incorporate Laos and Cambodia next time.

Our wonderful trip to Halong Bay on the private Valentine Cruise will be one of our ever lasting memories.

What an amazing experience that was!

Our host Rose and her team were all lovely and we particularly enjoyed our trip to the surprise cave.

The boat was beautiful and the food was just delicious.

And of course our stays in the Fusion suites in Saigon and Fusion Resort on Phu Quoc were fantastic.

The foot massages and body massages were a lovely treat after walking around Saigon taking in all the sights.

The location of the city hotel was great and the hotel rooms and facilities were second to none.

We would most definitely stay there again should we visit Vietnam again and pass through Saigon.

The Fusion beach resort was also outstanding.

The two spa treatments per day were the highlight of our stay there.

We felt so relaxed and rested after our stay there and the whole resort was so peaceful and immaculately presented.

We also would most definitely look to stay at another Fusion resort in the future and would highly recommend to our family and friends.

Our holiday was amazing and we were sad we had to leave but we can start looking forward to saving for our next holiday now.

Thank you also for arranging the lounge at Saigon airport on our journey back home
It made the time inbetween flights much more pleasant for us.

Thank you once again for making our holiday so perfect.

Excellent, prompt, informed and supportive service - I will definitely book through LWC again

As usual best service from Chamila, very efficient and professional. Helped me book hotel and tickets at the very last minute. Big thank you for coming to work despite being sick.

We have previously booked through another travel provider, so I was slightly reluctant to try another travel agency. Shalini was absolutely fantastic from the beginning. Not only did she find us the best rate, her service and customer care has exceeded my expectations.
After we booked we were then referred to their concierge service and was put in touch with Reece. He has been exceptionally helpful with booking our seats and ensuring that our holiday is well planned before our arrival.
We will definitely book through you again - thank you!

A truely professional rep.. Jo made the booking very easy.. was helpful.. nothing was too much trouble and assured us of certificate which she sent..

Chamila was amazing knowledge and assisted me to make my decision on a new island in the Caribbean to visit...my second booking and impressed yet again

Very happy with service. Wonderful approachable staff

Support and advice from Chamila is always superb.
We trust LWC and value the service provided

From my first conversation with Shalini of LCW I have been struck by her knowledge of the country, Crete, the details of how the specific hotel functions, the background of the various aspects to consider from leaving home to return at the end. Particularly, however, she quickly grasped our prerequisites, likes, dislikes and did not try to push any aspect of the total package: all in a charming and professional manner

Compared with the numerous agents I have dealt with over many years, the easy with which we have been able to book exactly what we want swiftly this time, and at a very attractive total price, makes me wish we had used this company before.

The sad thing is we have to wait until next year to enjoy what we have now booked!

I strongly recommend this company, as experienced through dealing with Shalini.

Have not used this company before but will certainly do so in the future. Shalini was extremely helpful and professional and was probably the most efficient travel agent I have ever dealt with, will definitely recommend to my friends.

Very happy with LWC. Excellent correspondence from the start. Chamila Kapuwatte was very helpful throughout the booking.

Jo, at LWC, delivers great Holidays at superb prices regularly.

Excellent service. Able to find required holiday after many phone calls and adjustments. Competitive price.
