Well made
Good communication when I had a query. Trousers have just arrived so I’ve not had a chance to really try them out. They are not quite as easy to put on as I’d expected but they certainly feel cosy and the material seems to be good quality.

Very disappointing
The product arrived today and i will review when Ive used but wanted to say that I was disappointed that the trousers took nearly 3 weeks to arrive although the funds were taken from my bank next day and after numerous attempts of trying to get them to reply to my email the trousers were then sent out but had to wait until they arrived from China and not England where the company is based. I won't be ordering from here again.

Hi Patrick,
Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback, and I'm sorry the wait left you disappointed.
The Cuddlr Shields you ordered were on pre-order. That's why payment was taken at checkout, and why they shipped direct from our manufacturer instead of our UK stock. We flag pre-order dates on the product page, at checkout and in the order emails, but I understand that a three-week wait still feels long when you're expecting something.
In regards to the emails, i've checked your tickets and we have replied in some instances within 30 minutes and others within hours. No reply was received back from you so i can only assume these are in your spam. Please check this for me.
I'm glad your trousers have arrived, and I hope they're worth the wait once you've had a chance to wear them. If there's anything at all we can help with, reply to your order email and it'll come straight to me.
In terms of the shipment destination, this is due to our UK cargo being delayed on the sea by a further month and its currently due on 12th October to our UK warehouse if you did want a pair again, direct from our UK logistics.
Mike, Cuddlr

Repeat purchase absolutely love the trousers the wash well and are extremely comfortable. I sized up for a looser fit as that’s my preference. The socks I received as a free gift are so comfortable and my toes feel so warm.

Soft and snuggly with tough outer layer.
The website was not the easiest to navigate but the products are amazing. I received the trousers within two to three days. The sizing looks accurate and the fleece lining is very snuggly. I haven’t tried them on yet but the quality is excellent. I bought the cuffed leg because I’m a wheelchair user and I wanted a snug fit around the ankles. It’s convenient to have the fleece and waterproofing in one garment. Blankets can get caught in the wheels. I’m looking forward to trying them when the weather changes.

CUDDLR - SCAM AVOID
I placed an order with CUDDLR on 15.09.26 i spent over £100 and i am still waiting for the delivery. I have contacted them several times by email and keep getting fobbed off with replies statingmy order is in transit. I have used there live chat on line, which is false it is generated answers and again keeps fobbing me off with replies stating my order is in transit. It looks to be coming from a chinese courier AVOID AVOID. i have requested a refund, they are ignoring me. PLEASE AVOID I THINK IT IS A SCAM

Hi Jeanette,
Apologies, I can see our team have replied to your initial two tickets. First one being September 23rd at 6:08 pm by Keri and then yesterday, 30th of October Kim replied to you with tracking information. For clarity you purchased a size which was on pre-order, that item then came into stock and we've shipped it from our international warehouse.
We issue two emails to you:
1. Instantly when you order
2. After 24 hours if you've not opened the original one
It mentions something similar to the below.
Just to confirm - your order was placed as a pre-order, which means it's still in production rather than sitting in our warehouse ready to ship. We do flag this clearly at several points:
1) The "Add to Cart" button itself changes to "Pre-order" on the product page
2) A pop-up appears at that point confirming it's a pre-order
3) You'd have received a confirmation email as soon as you completed your purchase, explaining the same
4) If that email wasn't opened, a reminder follows 24 hours later
Totally understand these can get buried in a busy inbox (or spam!) - it happens!
Here's where things stand now:
> Your order is confirmed and secured - no action needed from you
> We're aiming to get all pre-orders shipped by the end of September
> You'll get a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking the moment it's on its way
We appreciate your patience and we'll have your legs warm in no time.
If you'd like to double-check anything about your order, or if plans have changed and you'd like to discuss options, just reply here and we'll sort it for you.
As Kim has stated I can see your order is in transit. It should be with you shortly. Thank you for your patience.
If you wish to return the item when it arrives, then please do so. Else, when it arrives, we would appreciate you updating this Trustpilot review because it is not a scam and we've communicated to you at all stages of the process.
Thanks,
Mike - Founder

Great Present
I brought these for my daughter in law due to its amazing qualities. She hasn't tried them out yet as they are a birthday present. She did however look at the Cuddlr site so I knew she liked them . I cannot wait for her to use them st the yard and finally have warm legs without chill blanes. Process was very easy to order.

Wonderful!
Despite coming from China, the pants arrived quickly and I knew where they were each step of the way. Better yet, they are large enough for width and, as advertised, will fit a short inseam. They are cuddly, warm, and comfortable and will make great pants for winter sports.

OMG 🤩 my new Cuddlr trousers are absolutely gorgeous, the fit is true to size and they are so comfortable. These are a game changer and I will no longer be cold when I’m out in my Wheelchair, I’ve tried so many different things to keep me warm but these are absolutely a game changer and a must for wheelchair users that want to be out and about all year round. Thank you for such a quick turnaround and I will be sharing what these are and where they can get them 🙏🏻 thank you for these trousers, honestly they will make such a difference
